Exceptional

The staff were very kind. The room was very clean and smelled absolutely amazing. The location was great as well.

Changed rooms twice, once for a sewage leak, once at 11:30pm for bug infestation.

First room we were given had a toilet that leaked toilet bowl contents onto the floor. We asked to change rooms and they were nice enough to move us next door. Unfortunately, after we ate dinner in this room and took a shower, we found small cockroaches in the trash can and in our food. They were nice and moved us again at 11:30pm.

I liked the location and the front desk clerk

Room was old looking,shower was old, killed 4 cockroaches in our room. Housekeeping never came to see if we needed anything.

If I return, it's the 2nd floor for me!

I was able to receive a room on the first floor which I ask for because of my dog. I most likely will go for a 2nd floor next time because of those late-night party people outside my door.

My room was an adjoining room, I could hear the T.V in the next room and the people. They were Saturday night partiers and came home around 2 pm. The proceeded to talk and laugh and I believe fell asleep or passed out with the T.V. on. Thanks so much!

Disappointing- won't stay again

Person at the desk was great, helped us a lot. Room was clean.

This was a very noisy motel- people next door were very loud and the walls seemed paper thin! The bed was not comfortable; there were no extra pillows; only one vending machine worked.

I wanted an extra pillow, and they didn't have any. I ended up rolling up a couple of towels to approximate an extra pillow. Mostly the noise was fine (it is near a freeway, but my room was on the backside so that was mitigated), but one night there was a loud gathering of, I guess other patrons, and they didn't break up when I stuck my head out at midnight and told them I was trying to sleep. I guess that's not the motel's fault. There was also another night when there were dogs barking all night. I don't know for sure if they were in the motel, but I did see that dogs are allowed, and dogs were around, so perhaps one dog was particularly bad. That only happened one of the six nights.

Location and price were the only reasons we booked this motel

I requested a downstairs room when I booked it online, it's difficult for my husband to climb stairs. We arrived an hour past check in and none of the rooms were ready. they had one upstairs which we ended up taking. The bedspread was stained and had cigarette burns in it. The shower and floor towel was dirty. The tv had 2 bright light circles floating in the center of it which made it distracting to watch anything. The sink was missing the plug, drain was exposed.
