There is so much to list. The complimentary breakfast was nothing more than granola bars and stale muffins, The room was in poor repair, the bathroom dirty when we checked in. The linens had multiple stains on them, and worse is a few days later they took out more money after we had already gotten the all clear from the hotel.

I didn’t eat the breakfast. The room was clean and it was a comfortable bed for the night. I didn’t have any problems with it.
Nothing comes to mind.

I rented 2 rooms, the one was good, the other had food on the floor, and stained bedding, the couple with me in that room went out and bought 2 pillows, 2 pillow cases and a blanket due to the stained up bedding.
I felt bad and embarrassed due to that situation.

It was not clean at all. They barely cleaned the room if at all. Hair all over everything, stained pillow cases and sheets and shower curtain. Dirty floors, and front desk wouldn’t give any late checkout at all even though I’m a choice rewards member. Very argumentative. Quotient even add my choice rewards number into the computer so I could collect points for the stay.

I don’t have anything I like about the property, pricy for its quality. Considering lower the price.
First, the service was shockingly rude and cold. The Indian woman with glasses was careless about the customers nor care enough to help when I had a question. She made me feel like I’m a burden and is causing her lots of trouble when I’m asking simple questions which she didn’t cover explain.
Second, the hotel is dishonest. It listed as breakfast-included and smoke-free, but was told there’s only coffee when I got here, and the third floor smells full of Marijuana and cigarettes .There’re countless burned holes on my blankets. There’s also no BIBLE(In my room) in case you need to read it.
Third, the hotel is dirty and smelly. The bedsheets and pillowcase has hairs from other people and stains and vomit-like smell(My biggest turn off) The floor is filled with stains.
Forth, the room is broken and cheap-looking. The door activation signal has holes and is not sensitive. The bathroom door has holes in it.

The hot water and the AC
The pubes in the shower when we showed up, The trash from previous people, The stains on the comforter, The fact that no one cleaned anything the whole time we were there but when we had DND Sign up someone came in to fill a hole in the bathroom tile left by previous people. Mind you we saw the maids cleaning rooms around us the entire 4days and 3nights we were there but they did not once come to our room while we were out from 11am-12am for the concert we attended. Also we got quoted here I called MULTIPLE TIMES to confirm everything including the fact that I, 20 year old female, could check in with the deal as long as my boyfriend, 22 year old male, accompanied me to the point where I called 2 days before our trip and clarified it was ok but upon arrival the guy says no that I couldn't which is fine he then says he can give my boyfriend the room deal mind you it was 185 something but the guy said something about a few and all the sudden we were paying 235 for a room that as you can see reading this was in no way shape or form work 235

The woman at the front office (behind bullet proof glass) that took our payment.
What didn't I like...where do I start...how about the most filthy room I have ever stayed in. I had to go purchase cleaning products to disinfect my room which smelled like smoke, which was supposed to be a no-smoking room, and Raid because it was so dirty that I believed it had roaches. I think the ground outside was cleaner than the floor in my room. I had to clean the bathroom with the cleaning products I bought, which had a large clump of hair stuck to the wall in the shower, and had to keep my shoes on at all times because of the filth. NOT HAPPY AT ALL AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
