Boas acomodações e bom atendimento. Estacionamento com dispositivo para carregamento de carro elétrico.

Indisponibilidade de late check-out, chegamos às 03h da madrugada e não tivemos um minuto de flexibilidade na saída, tivemos que liberar o quarto às 11h.

Goed doorgangshotel voor 1 nacht. Ideaal gelegen voor bezoek aan Kennedy Space Center.

Mooie ruime kamer. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Ontbijt is beperkt en niet echt lekker. Airco in de kamer is vrij luid. Sofabed niet comfortabel voor onze zoon. Goed voor 1 nacht. Parking voor het hotel is extra te betalen.

It was a convenient spot, comfortable accommodations and amentities were superior

room was spacious and very clean and amenities met all of our needs. Breakfast choices were fantastatic except we would have loved to have "bacon" on the menu during our stay.

Should have chosen a room closer to the main lobby and breakfast area. Wife has mobility issues and the accessible room was quite far from the lobby/breakfast area. Price of the room for one night exceeded our budget as a retired couple, but chose for its convenience to our cruise ship. We will choose this hotel again in the future.

Insgesamt war es ok bis gut.

Uns haben das Gym, der Pool, der Parkplatz und die Küche gut gefallen.

Nicht gefallen hat uns das Frühstück. Es gab zum Teil nur Plastikbesteck und Plastikgeschirr. Die Auswahl war klein. Es war nur sehr wenig Personal anwesend, das sich um das Frühstück gekümmert hat.

I was very disappointed as I usually love Marriott facilities

They closed out my account and then just let some random guest charge our already vacated room. It was removed but concerning. There was no coffee pot in the machine, and the room smelled moldy

Yo pagué mi estancia a través de Booking 9 días antes de mi llegada y cuando intentamos hacer el Check Inn el tipo de recepción muy grosero y altanero respondió que ellos no tenían ninguna reserva a mi nombre… tuve que llamar por teléfono a booking y me comentaron que el hotel ya había cobrado mi estancia. Después de la llamada, tuve que acercarme nuevamente a la recepción y mágicamente ya estaba la reserva

We were very surprised on the wonderful room. We had two bedrooms with two bathrooms and kitchen area and sitting area. Beds was very comfortable. Went to outdoor pool and they even had a dryer for use to use.

Pool was a little cool but that was due to the weather. Other than that everything was great.

Nice, but aging and a couple of issues

This has been our go-to pre-cruise hotel for over 10 years as the location is just a little over a mile from the cruise terminal. It's a location, location, location thing..

...however, location is getting harder to justify at over $500 a night for the 1 bedroom king bed. The facility, while still nice, is showing age, and updates are needed to justify the cost. The TVs didn't work in that only a few channels could be viewed, the rest were in and out. They were aware of a system wide issue evidently. Rust in the shower and the cleanliness is getting suspect overall. May have to look for a more modern and cost effective place to stay next year.

What expected, but not excellent

All was well, some lights not working in the bedroom. Also, at night the air conditioning started to make doomsday noises and woke us up. Luckily, we were on a jetlag an would have woken up anyway. Cheers and 10 points for prediction!

Water also had a hard time accepting Newton's laws. The bathroom water did not leave as Newton would predict from a working water system. I must write some more lines.......................................................................................................................................
