location awesome. Not a fan of valet but it was the only way to park. Ask the front desk about the Arch.

Overall great experience. Room was comfortable . Room service was reasonably priced and delicious.

Entry way was very nice. Very classy. Check in experience was great. Staff was very polite and helpful. Room was very nice and clean. Room service was incredible. The fact that check out time is at 11am instead of 10am like everywhere else I’ve ever stayed makes a huge difference on how rushed your morning is.

I did not like being forced to valet my vehicle but that’s just a personal preference. Valet staff was very polite and helpful and were able to answer every question I had. As another personal preference, my room did not seem to get as cold as I prefer.

Check what you get before you accept.

Beautiful reception area. Impressive building.

Small rooms, small bathroom. We were told they gave us a room not next to the elevator and with a nice view. The elevator was close-by, and our view was over a large glass roof towards a huge building. Unfriendly staff.

I enjoyed the room's balcony. I was not expecting the room to have a balcony.

we arrived early but the front desk staff worked to get us in a room as soon as one was available, before the standard check-in time.

I wanted ton use my RSA Member discount but all of those rooms were sold out.

Bed was comfortable after having to move luggage a city block between lobby and room elevators.

Stupidly expensive, terrible layout, virtually no hotel services.

We Enjoyed our Mini vacation, it was a very relaxing stay.

Room service was good for a hungover, lazy morning. It was nice to valet our vehicle and not have to worry about it for the weekend due to central location of everything.

It’s was nice and clean.

No cold water, room never got cool and the bed was as hard as a rock.

I loved the property, however I will never use booking.com. I booked in November of 2022 in order to get a great room with balcony overlooking the city. our reservation was apparently not booked correctly with the hotel. we had no balcony and our view was a parking deck. when we told the hotel it was not the room we booked, they said they had no control over booking with a 3rd party. apparently they didn’t have one available due to several events going on in the city. if we go again I will book directly with the hotel. very disappointed. the reason I chose to stay there was because of the balcony. normally I don’t write reviews but other people need to know not to use booking. com unless it doesn’t matter which room you get.

Very nice. We're glad we came.

The lobby was gorgeous. The sunrise view from our room was memorable.

We would have preferred a room in the historic part of the hotel, but we weren't given the choice. I think the desk clerk thought she was doing well by us - we got a 7th-floor room in the tower, with that lovely sunrise view. We can't complain about that! But we booked Battle House for its historic attributes, and the tower was not at all historic. Worse, the hike from the beautiful lobby to the tower elevators was grim and dispiriting - it was a commercial/business lobby. Ugh.

We enjoyed our stay at the Battle Hluse.

Great location. Beautiful hotel Staff was very helpful and friendly.

$500 a night parking at the hotel, even valet, should be free. Also for that price room service should be available.
