Decent Stay

The location was central to a lot of food and stores, which was very convenient. It was also close to my location for my work. The breakfast was good, lots of variety. The staff was so friendly and kind!

The downside to the location was lots of road noise, as well as airplanes coming in and taking off. Our room was pretty clean, but our mattress cover had some stains on it and there were some stray hairs in the bathroom. I also noticed none of the trash can liners were actually open in the trash cans, so I had to do that myself. The refrigerator also smelled very bad, like rotten food.

Staff was nice but will not stay here again.

The location was perfect! There were lots of restaurants and easy to get to the highway.

It was dirty, you had to pay an extra fee for every little thing but there were no clean or basic amenities. We had to change rooms because there was crumbs or dirt clumps all over the carpet, stains on the bed, and a dirty tub.

Due to floor noise above would not stay there again.

Location great.

Exceptional noise from room above re thumping floor noise. Wasn’t a smooth check in but it was July 4. Coffee inn lobby during day cold.

Very good

Centrally located to everything we wanted yo do. The facility was beautiful, peaceful, and quiet.

The continental breakfast could use some substance. Real eggs, more choices, better cereal

our stay was quite lovely but there are some things relating to overall cleanliness that could be improved.

the pool and hot tub were great. the room was spacious and cute. the soap and shower were also nice.

the bathroom and sink lights were very bright. the room looked clean but the pullout bed had stains and debris on it, and the hand towels and bathroom had hairs on them, making it obvious these spaces weren’t well cleaned.

comfortable, relaxing, and cozy rooms!

I love the fact that the rooms are super comfortable! there are several restaurants all around the property! all within walking distance!

I do not like that they are now charging guests to park their car in their parking lot. I will park off property the next time I stay here as I refuse to pay for parking.

my stay was short and sweet, beds were comfortable.

the room was spacious, cool and comfortable

parking, it should be included in your stay. paying $10 a night to park is ridiculous. Especially when space runs out, you have to park on the street. Late checkout, was only allowed 30 min more.

The staff when we checked it were super friendly . Our daughter was really fussy from teething . The staff offered her a banana and dry cereal that evening . We were all taken care of!

Safe location, clean room and pool, great breakfast.

Overall, good stay. Fair price. We would stay there again. Walking distance to stores.

Indoor pool. Offered a complimentary hot breakfast. Suite included refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen sink (small kitchenette). Staff were friendly.

Extra towels were in short supply. Since they don’t clean the rooms daily unless requested, getting fresh towels was a small challenge.

would definitely recommend when in the area :)

The front desk staff were great, and incredibly accommodating. Katherine (?) checked us in and assisted with arranging a late check out, as well as a room close to the door for my pet. She even went above and beyond in bringing a bottle opener to our room when we requested. Really cannot emphasize how great the customer service was here. Room was spacious and clean. Good choice of toiletries. Enjoyed the plush, cushy carpet, and quality of bedding, towels, etc.

The beds felt like coil mattresses, which I’ve not slept on or owned in years. I think upgrading the beds to a memory foam option could be great, but I also understand this is a personal preference. For most people (without back injury/ pain) I think they’d be both comfortable and well-appointed.
