Overall a great stay!

It was clean, and the rooms were spacious and met our needs.

The breakfast was bland. It would have been appreciated to have a second elevator closer to the rooms on the southeast end of the building. We were in room 202 for reference; which was located right by the stairs but with luggage it was not the easiest feat.

it was an awful experience, never ever staying there

The first room we got, the water pressure is awful, the toilet flooded. We got moved to another room and it smelled like urine, the water pressure is awful like the first room. Called the front lobby, they said they will do something but nothing was done. The lady in the front desk is rude, just playing on her phone.

The stay from hell!

The property is infested with small white bugs…. They were all over the halls and some were even nesting in the table in our room… we had to shake them out of our clothes because they made their way to our luggage.

There were issues with niece being given the wrong type of room. I put the reservation under my niece since she was arriving a day before me and they gave her a hard time when she checked in and also gave me a hard time when I checked in. The lady working the front desk was so hostile I thought for sure that she would try to fight me in front of my children. The property is infested with small white bugs…. They were all over the halls and some were even nesting in the table in our room… we had to shake them out of our clothes because they made their way to our luggage.

Perfect stay for a getaway.

Breakfast was good and perfect. Sharon was amazing and checkin was quick. She gave me directions to the nearest Starbucks. I will definitely book this hotel again. The room was spotless and clean.

Great choice to stay for the price.

The unit was quaint and very clean. Love that it felt homey. The décor was good for what I would expect. You could see the Marriot theme following through. The linens and towels were clean and there was enough for every one. The staff was friendly and quick to respond.

I didn't like that it did not have a safe. Most of all I did not like that the Air Handler is located in the room. It is very loud especially at nights, which made my night difficult and not getting enough sleep. Also, sofa mattress was so thin that we three had to share the queen size bed for both nights.

Very noisy place beside a big road and an airport.

The room was spacious and well equipped. The beds were OK. Nice shower and bathroom.

Very noisy place. Windows don't stop any noise and you sleep beside a very trafficked road. Moreover, planes take off every five minutes from 6 in the morning to 12 at night. You cannot sleep without earplugs.

Rooms were spacious and nice.

My shower did not work in the intitial room I was given. They were supposed to fix while I was gone during the day for meetings. They did not fix and I was put in another room but the AC did not work in that room.

Would not stay here again.

Room was ok. Good size. What we were expecting at a Residence Inn.

Pool area was dirty. Pool was not clean. Area around hotel was business and loud with planes flying overhead all day. Thought it was too much for what I got. Not up to Marriot standards.

Good

Property was clean and sanitized. Staff was very friendly. Check in process was easy. I was very impressed with how clean and new the rooms were. The kitchen definitely came in handle. Although it’s right in front of a main road, noise was not an issue.

I booked the property thinking they had breakfast—wel they do but it was definitely not a “hot” breakfast. Due to COVID, the breakfast was grab and go, oatmeal and fruit. Luckily the rooms have a small kitchen so we just cooked in the room. Also, the gym is very tiny and now that you must book an appointment in order to use it.
