Was perfect for the one night stay while in the area.

The location was excellent. The lobby was inviting and overall a great stress free experience.

Room did not smell as fresh as it could have but clean.

Trussville stay

Well we did expect free complimentary bottles of water. There were two to the room. No tissues, we had to ask.. Having no shuttle to the airport was disappointing. At the cafe they ran out of potatoes and bread, there was something else that I can't think of at the moment. Only offered free water at dinner time.

No free water, we also asked for liners for the ice bucket.

All in all. Courtyard by Marriot was a great experience.

Alton was hosting the front desk when we checked in. it was late and rainy that night but he made the check in a pleasurable experience!

I summed up my stay at this hotel in the comments below. Horrible experience!

Honestly, there is nothing that I can tell you that I liked about my stay at this hotel. The only positive thing that I can comment on regarding this hotel, is that it was close to our travel route from the Interstate. This was one of my worst hotel travel experiences. No breakfast, had to wait at the back door for someone to give us access to the hotel, front entrance was not accessible, couldn't even get a coffee in the morning. We wanted to get some water to take with us when we were leaving in the morning and we were told hat the hotel could not fill our water containers because they didn't have access to any water. I would not recommend staying in this hotel to anyone.

My husband and I only stayed here one night. I loved the location! We felt very safe and restaurants and shopping are really close. The service here was wonderful as well. The lady at check-in was so friendly and the check-in process was fast and easy. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The parking lot was well lit and the property well maintained.

I think the price was a little high.
