Nice breakfast and location.
We did not get room service nor clean towels during our 3 day 2 night stay.

The stair way and hallways was clean. The room was clean but not 100 percent. Beds was comfy. Great location to restaurants and gas stations.
There was four men outside in the parking lot playing music and smoking hanging out around their cars for hours. The room had a bad smell that you can tell was covered up with maybe a deodorizer.

The staff was excellent!
The building was dated. Cracked tiles in various areas. Poor patch up work in bathroom. This room was on the 3rd floor and did not have the mildew and mold smell as our previous 1st floor room of last week but was still musty. The couch had many stained spots. This hotel is not up to the quality standards of Marriott Hotels.

Room was quiet. Staff was friendly.
The tub has missing glaze and mold. None of the charging ports on the bedside lamps worked. I had to try to plug into the wall but the outlets were so loose the plug kept falling out. It made it difficult to do work. The ice from the machine had an aftertaste and white film on it. I had to brush my teeth again to get it off my tongue but my drink was ruined.

The room looked dirty. The bed had stains on the comforter. There were holes in the wall. If all the rooms look like that, I think the hotel needs to be updated/renovated. The room did not look like the pictures on the site.

The check in was very easy, the stay overall was good. We didn’t eat breakfast but a friend who visited did and they enjoyed the breakfast.
At the end of our stay, we went past the check out times by a few minutes and the staff was a bit on edge with us for some reason. We had gotten a complaint on our room about a smoking smell but we hadn’t been smoking in the room. We had just received our breakfast from DoorDash. The DoorDash person reported a smell and apparently so did other people staying in the hotel. The staff made it known that if they found any evidence of smoking they would charge our room. (If we were smoking in the room or anything of that sort, it would have been acknowledged at the door when the desk person came to our room to tell us about the complaint) After our stay they had somebody check our room as we were walking out the room to go check out and didn’t find evidence of anything. Check out is at 12 but a staff member came to our door at 12:07 and said that since it was past the check out time then we would get charged for an extra room. But maybe 10 minutes later, I heard down the hall that the same staff member let someone know that checkout was at noon but didn’t make them aware of an extra charge. When we went to check out, I asked if there will be an extra charge for checking out late and the desk person said no.

booking messed up the booking and I got a confirmation email and text and all but they didn’t book it so our room was gone and we had to pay more.

Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Terri greeted us with a very warm welcome when we walked in the door. She was ultra friendly and helpful. We had the most pleasant check in experience ever! Loved Terri!
No blow dryer! Luckily I brought my own, but didn’t expect to have to get it out of the car. EVERY hotel has a blow dryer nowadays. Decor could be updated a bit.

Breakfast was ok but not crazy about the microwaved entrees. Coffee was good.
Trash receptacle outside the 100 hallway should’ve been emptied. It was overflowing onto the sidewalk when we checked in. Told the manager. Supposedly going to be emptied during the night but was still overflowing the next morning when we checked out.

Terri at the front desk was great. She went above and beyond to help me with a issue with Booking.com.
She took care of the issue and took care of me. Thank you Terri!

The walls were paper thin and you could hear every noise and every conversation around you.

Filthy and there wasn't even bread for toast at breakfast. Will not be staying here again.
