The lock did not work with the key card on the side door where our room was. The staff seemed unconcerned.

Staff was great. Clean place.

Advertise a basketball hoop. Didn't have one, which that's was a big hit to me. Telling my grandsons they had a basketball hoop and got there, and there wasn't one.

Passable.

The check in process was quick and easy and the room was close to an entrance. The area was quiet and convenient.

When I booked this room it said it was a “one bedroom king” the room was actually a studio. One of the kitchen lights kept flickering on and off so it was impossible use the lights in the kitchen area. The bathtub didn’t drain properly and I was wading in about 8 inches of water by the end of my shower.

Ok, would stay again, because of facilities, breakfast and desk staff, but would have to check clean

The breakfast was very good, lots of hot variety. The hotel and room were very nice and comfortable. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Staff and management took our complaints very seriously and provided a discount for our troubles.

The room we were put in although very nice and big, it was not cleaned well at all. The pull out had dirty sheets left on it and the bathroom floor needed to be cleaned better.

over all it was a nice comfortable place to stay

I really loved the kitchen in the rooms! also our room wasn’t quite ready when we there so they knocked off a few $

we did have a light bulb explode on us and the girl at the front desk wouldn’t clean it up because it was later at night so handed us the vacuum. other than that everything else was great.

The bed was comfy and the hotel is in an ideal spot in canton.

The staff is less than friendly. When you walk up to the reception desk, they act like you're interrupting their conversations with each other. There was hair allllll over my tub like it was never cleaned out. I had to clean it myself before I could let my family use it. I had to go ask for more trash bags and take my trash to the front desk because there was no way to dispose of it.

The property was outdated, and needs a lot of TLC. Bathroom was not cleaned properly!

The Breakfast was pretty good!

The overall property was not up to standards as far as sanitation. All outer room doors were dirty and had scuff marks on them. The rooms were outdated and not cleaned thoroughly. The microwave light was out, and kitchen floor tiles were loose. Property needs a total refresh..

Great staff and location, but showing it’s age

The room size and staff are outstanding. And it’s in a great location!

Facility is starting to show its age a bit, specifically the recreation areas (pool, basketball court, etc.) and the hallway areas.

I absolutely love the suite set up but, this time it was not as clean as it usually is. I stay here all the time just to get away...

The front desk lady was rude to my son n law.
