The hotel was nice and the front desk lady name Jadea was extremely helpful, very kind, and very welcoming. The facility was nice and clean and in a great location with easy access to restaurants and shopping. The only issues I had was the overnight front desk man that wears the mask was not very helpful and a bit rude, like stand offish. My other issue was the cleaning staff knocking and knocking on my door 3 hours before check out and then when I did not answer they just opened the door. They should wait closer to check out time or check with the front to make sure the guess is gone before they just walk in. Also this is one of the few hotels I stayed in that does not offer complimentary water throughout the day, that was a surprise especially since the other hotels in that location offer it. Overall the hotel was nice

It had good seating. We don’t just enjoy sitting on the bed everytime we’re staying somewhere, especially with kids makes it nice having a table and chairs. Location was good easy to get to!
the tv in the room didn’t work and some of the outlets didn’t either. The woman who checked me in was not as friendly as the woman when we checked out, she didn’t talk and tell me my total price I asked the amount I thought it was close to, as I could not remember, and she just said yea.

The front desk person was helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable and in a great location for visiting Grandscape
We had 3 rooms reserved at Residence Inn. there was something wrong with the computers when we arrived late at night so the front desk person made arrangements for us to stay at another Marriot hotel nearby. ( which i do appreciate). We waited in the lobby for half an hour before they finally said they wouldnt be able to fix the computers at Residence Inn. The other Marriot did not offer suites or a free breakfast and when we asked for a water ( at midnight - after unpacking our car twice and lugging our bags in and out of hotels ) they sold us a bottle for $3.
i'm sure the new marriot was considered an upgrade but we really wanted the living space offered at Residence inn. And we had planned on a free breakfast. There was a coffee maker in the room with only ONE cup of regular coffee and only powdered coffee creamer. The room was comfortable but the experience was not pleasant.

Laquaisha was very friendly and helpful. She brought up extra blankets for the sofa bed.
A drunk guest tried repeatedly to get into our room. his key card actually let him into our room. luckily we had the latch on the door.

Very nice place to stay at. My wife and I decided to get away for our anniversary. And it honestly was better than what I thought! The front desk lady was very kind, and gave us options for our room! Room was clean and very good breakfast!
