A spectacular pre trip stay.

Everything! Parking on site. Breakfast area was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and substantial. I loved the seating area was comfortable. I liked the sink and refrigerator set-up. The separate sink area was appreciated.

What was there not to like? Unfortunately, it was only one night before a cruise. Based on what I experienced, I wanted at least a week.

Found hair in bed sheets, bed sheets in 2 rooms not cleaned.

I won’t be staying here again. I want my refund for being double charged here.

I was double charged and have yet to get a refund. The carpet in the room was wet when we arrived and there was pecans on the ground near the balcony door.

For the price you pay to stay here it was not up to the standards I expected or have experienced with this brand.

The facility was in poor repair. Plug-in falling out of the wall and green. Refrigerator did not work. TV was crooked and you couldn’t straighten it. Bathtub had mold and the cleanliness was not up to any standards.

the room was dirty and had roaches we seen them as soon as we walked into the room running

The hotel didn’t have any clean towels so we had to wait about an hour while the staff finished washing. The small kitchen area in my room was filthy. Dirty stained cups and sink smelled and was dirty. The ceiling above the shower looked like it had previous water damage and was caving in. The iron was old and broken. Tried to iron our outfits and it left stains on our shirts. No outlets by the beds to charge phones at night. The futon mattress my kids used during our stay had blood stains on the sheets. Disgusting!! Won’t ever return to this hotel. Swimming pool area also had a weird smell.

The hotel is very old and neglected, both the building and the furniture, broken. unpainted etc very expensive for the conditions of the hotel, it is not worth paying $160

perfect stay, king suite all the way

excellent, clean rooms, wonderful staff, very close to cruise terminal. no cruise shuttle or cruise parking, however worth staying if you are driving to the cruise terminal!!

The staff was nice. Everything clean.

There was a leak that went from a vent to behind all the beds and sofa. Looks like it has happened before because the night stand was damaged by water. Had to change hotel room and move all ours stuff.

Clean and friendly!

Hotel was very clean, breakfast was decent and staff was friendly.

The air vent next to the one of the beds make it hard to sleep, and the matress in the sofá bed felt worn out.
