Staff was friendly.
*you advertised it had a pool & whirlpool. They had neither. This is the reason we went with this hotel = 3 very disappointed kids!
*the toilet in one of our rooms ran constantly.

Front des was very friendly. Courtney made everything so smooth and was such a nice person from check in to all our friends questions. Even prior calling before we got there she was so friendly and polite. We loved it!
Breakfast got busy only one person helping during the time and everything was finishing by fast. Just needs an extra person to not make it so hard one refilling or getting things for others.

The rooms are great nice big suite.
Air conditioning was broken on 2 floors and rooms were very hot and muggy. Swimming pool not open and we are told hasn’t been used for a year.
Staff recommended we book elsewhere.

No coffee, and not much offered for breakfast.
We received a call from the first of five families attending a wedding (all registered here) to check in. They reported no air conditioning except on the first floor - they had combined two families in one suite for the night. The other three families were to arrive the next day, so I phoned the hotel. Front desk staff told me they had no idea if the AC would be repaired/when, and suggested I book elsewhere. No help, no "there's a Courtyard next door", and not even particularly concerned. We did rebook everyone at the brand new Courtyard nearby. That was a wonderful two days for all of us. The families that did stay at Residence Inn reported that people there said they "lived there" and that the AC situation happens frequently. Something is not right at this Residence Inn.

Covid is over. Ditch the pre-packaged muffins and breakfast bars and bring back the bacon and eggs.
The toilet ran and the bathroom sink didn't drain well.

Location was great for our stay close to the two athletic fields we would be visiting for the weekend. Shopping, and Dining close by as well.
Room was outdated, not clean, and not comfortable. The bathroom was outdated, shower and tub area needed repair, updated. Furniture in room was well worn. TV remote did not work, TV would turn off every 30 minutes on its own (Some sort of timer) Internet was way too slow, could barely run NETFLIX, etc... Pool was closed, was told its been out of service since January, and this was not mentioned at all during the check in process. Breakfast was a joke, nothing hot, not even a donut, pastry available, basically grab a water bottle and a granola bar.

The size of the room
There wasn’t any breakfast, they should do better, if offered they need to have more

The staff was helpful. They had access to Netflix. The bed was comfortable.
The outside was unkempt. The entire facility looked old and in dire need for redoing. The bathroom sink has a crack in it. The bathtub drains slowly. The kitchen appliances are very old. Three of the 4 bed pillows apparently are down which I’m highly allergic to. Thank goodness there was one that wasn’t.
