Still a little pricey per night in my opinion. Drop it to $100/night and keep all the rooms full would be better then $130/ and only filling half

The pool

The look of the property was modern.

The floor of the shower was dirty and the fan in the bathroom did not work. it didn’t feel the cleanest. The pool area also was in great need of a deep clean. the concrete around the pool needs a good power wash, it was really dirty as was the bottom of the pool. It definitely needed a refresh.

Good location and value

Elevator making some weird noises. We didn’t have enough towels for our family in the bathroom and when we requested 2 more we were told they were out until the following morning

The rooms are a bit small in my opinion.

The buffet breakfast in the morning was setup nicely and the food was very good. I liked the size of the room we stayed in and that there were two televisions so the kids weren't fighting over what to watch. I liked that there were plenty of towels so everyone was able to shower. In the morning, one of the kids accidentally knocked a drink into the floor and it spilled all over. We found one of the employees and she very nicely said she would grab some washcloths and the mop to get it all. We apologized over and over and she very kindly said, "It's alright, it's not the first time this has happened, and it most likely won't be the last."

I was a little frustrated when we arrived to check in because on the front desk was a sign that just said "Will be back in 30 min, Thank you!" There was no specific time listed as to when they left or when they would return. A couple more customers showed up, 30 min went by, and 10 min after that, someone finally came to the front desk. I am usually a pretty easy going person and I can understand if you are the only person working and you have to take a break, but at least put an approximate time that you left or a time that you plan on returning when placing that sign up. The employee who finally got there did not apologize and did not seem very personable. He may have just been having an off day and I get it, we all have those. Other than that little hiccup, everything else went well.

The room was nice. The shopping area was close.

Loud neighbors, pretty sure the beds were not queens.

The hotel was nice. I liked the modern feel. The bathroom mirror was fantastic for doing my make up.

There was a boys lacrosse team that was overly aggressive in the pool area and their parents drinking on the pool patio after 3 am they were so loud I could hear them on the 4th floor...I feel like the staff should have handled that.

We loved the spaciousness of the room. We were able to fit the pack and play in the office nook while still having space for the other 4 members of the family to sleep. It was cool in the heat. The layout of the room was fantastic. Plenty of space to organize luggage and sporting equipment without the room feeling cluttered or tripping over stuff. Breakfast was great and the staff was helpful.

The size of our room was excellent. The room was very spacious. I was impressed by your staff and I was very impressed by the receptionist Tesa
