Excellent room service excellent Hospitality had a special request they did it without a blink of an eye once again amazing room service and people there I give it a 10 stars out of 10 Stars

It was outdated like almost all hotels. Breakfast was so-so. Rooms were small.

It was not clean in the rooms at all and no microwave in rooms and only 1 ice machine all the way downstairs.

Enjoyable, would stay here again.

Great location, easy access to Interstate and event we were attending! Staff very friendly and answered any questions we may have had. Very comfortable beds.

It was a quick stay

I liked the friendliness of the staff.

Breakfast could have had more options. Hockey team had eaten most of everything. My bathtub had a constant drip and there was rust stains in the bath tub and black marks on my bath towels.

The bathroom was a bit dirty and the ceiling was in bad condition.

Adequate stay.

Facility was fine. Wished there were hot food and to dine in. No complimentary shampoo. Need different firmness of pillows. Was hoping to use the hot tub which was closed.

Needs upgrades looks dirty and old from walls, floors, appliances, and bathroom.

Wasn’t worth the money spent. I’ve had better quality rooms & stays at cheaper hotels.
