Cleanliness
The staff professionalism who were on the shift July 6th over 7th. We arrived late night with the kids tired of long road trip. The manager was not aware of the hotel policies and started arguing with us midnight. When we found the hotel policies about the number of the occupancy and the policy for the kids, he disappeared from the front desk and one of the staff members without saying sorry for their unprofessional behavior accepted to let us stay in one room rather than charging us an extra room.

The receptionist was very kind, and answered all of our questions we felt very welcome. Everything was so nice and clean, we very much enjoyed our short stay and hope to revisit soon.
I personally needed a drink and a sit in a hot tub. Since there is neither of those things, we had a long shower and rested early.

This hotel is unsafe and fraudulent. We arrived and saw paint being put on the building with paint fumes. It was unsafe for our young children and we asked them to cancel our reservation. They lied and said that they would cancel and then very reimbursed us after numerous calls from us and booking.com. Strangers can enter your room with their room card so you are also at risk of being attacked.
Booking.com and Freedom Inn appear to be engaged in fraud and lying together. We tried to cancel when we saw that the hotel was under construction in unsafe conditions for children and Booking.com said to go to the hotel and cancel with them. The manager said that she would happily refund and was nice about it but she was lying. She never cancelled in the system and never reimbursed us. We called booking.com 5 times for hours and they also lied to us saying it would be reimbursed and it never was because the manager refused to take their calls and cancel. They are engaged in fraud together refusing to reimburse us for a room that we never stayed in because they said they would cancel because the hote was not safe.

The Staff at check in was friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room AC worked great. Hotel was quiet and was easy to get to and from. Offered Coffee in the evening.
No TV service during my stay. Pool was closed. Breakfast offered was not much by comparison. It was lacking general cleanliness. Exterior of property was uninviting and looked baron. Doors locks couldn't be operated by phone/app. It is not a Marriot property anymore.

The room was nice, the jacuzzi was great, I got in twice, the customer service was very friendly, the parking was great, the area was perfect, around a bunch of restaurants and shopping centers. Etc!

The quality of food wasn’t great and it was made very clear by a sign in the elevator with very strict time for breakfast.
The hotel is very run down. Our room even had major cracks in the ceiling. There was no microwave in our room. There was hair in the bathtub and the exhaust fan was loud and sounded like metal hitting together. Our keys deactivated after 24 hours so when my husband and I went down to the receptionist she just looked at us and said “hi” and nothing else, I explained that our keys deactivated and she sighed and then got up from her chair and took care of the issue. Definitely could work on customer service.

The staff was very helpful & nice. The room was clean and the continental breakfast was decent.
The pool was absolutely FREEZING. We booked this mini getaway so the kids could enjoy some swimming. I even called a few days prior to make sure the pool was heated and was told yes. However, it was too cold for them to swim at all. Very disappointing.

Seemed like the bed was very worn and not comfortable for us at all. Most of all, the breakfast and coffee were not even doable for us. The only coffee choices are Bold or Decaf, neither of which we drink. The “hot breakfast” is merely prepackaged breakfast sandwiches and bagels. We left and went to the McDonalds across the parking lot.

The staff was great and the property was clean everyone was very respectful. I travel alot but this hotel was one of the best all hail to the GM Troy and his excellent staff..
I loved everything. But... We need biscuits and gravy everyday.

The pool water was extremely cloudy, the hot tub water was almost black and the whole pool room smelled like sewage. We stayed 20 minutes and left and went else where.

Not clean. The toilet in our room had not been flushed. It was full of used feminine hygiene products. The elevator and common areas were not clean.
