they need to treat their recurring customers better

it’s quiet

the woman In charge never wants to give me a good room. she always tries to give me the rooms with roaches or the rooms where the facilities don’t work. I am a customer, a customer that always goes to thunderbird and shouldn’t only be allowed to sleep in a smoking room, when there’s other rooms available

There’s a roach problem

it’s quiet and the bed was comfortable.

There were roaches coming in and out from under the floor, roaches in the restroom and the roaches were too fast to kill and were climbing in hard to reach places. which made it hard to try to sleep at night

It sucked!!!!!

They put us in a room that they already knew needed a new AC unit. The room was hot had to sleep with window open, when we told the manager about AC he said oh yeah we ordered a new AC unit for that room jut has not come in yet. He then said we will give you a discount upon check out. The shower only had cold water not hot water at all. When we checked in they could not find our reservation had to pull up my email with confirmation, I believe that’s why they put us in room with broken AC because they lost our reservation to begin with. Night was horrible no sleep because it was so hot in room. Upon check out manager only gave us back $40 after we told him how hot room was and how we couldn’t even shower properly because only cold water was coming out, he then questioned us about cold water as if we were lying. Will NEVER come back here worst experience EVER!!!!!

I didnt like the price i pay $151 around 10 pm or 11pm i dont remember but if i paid that much i was expecting a nice bed nice ac nice room it was awful ac didnt work room was not finished lainted they gave me room 204 .i should of went to budget inn for $90 bucks n i get bbetter room.

Very good

I wasn't expecting a whole lot for this specific location but I was pleasantly surprised for it being a 2 star hotel. The staff was awesome and seeing as we only needed it for the night, it exceeded our expectations.

The only thing I didn't like is that the room was currently going through maintenance which I understand can be a thing. The AC made a lot of noise and the bathroom door didn't close all the way.

ok night’s sleep in too-small bed that sagged. appreciated coffee in a.m.

the vintage sign, and evidence that the iwner is working to upgrade the establushment

room was undergoing renovation. no baseboards, just glue and stucco where they’s been removed. no fridge, just evidence of where it had been. cigarette burn hole in comforter on bed.

It was a nice room and seemed clean

Could not use the hot tub. The water was coming out thick it had like a thick slimy texture when I would touch it and I was unable to use the hot tub at all. The shower didn’t work either.

Overall, not bad. I would stay again but probably not my first choice.

The location was right off the freeway within walking distance from downtown. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. The room was clean as well as the towels/sheets.

The hotel is older and it definitely looked that way. Carpet was old, bedspread didn't look very safe to sit on. There was also an event in town which drove the price WAY up.

Their was bugs in the room we were staying in and there were stains every where in the room and it smelled liked crack and smoke and alcohol!!

They are always good to me here. I love the location and it’s close to downtown Riverside.
