Stay at your own risk, motel is about money not the visitors and reasonable accommodation

Most of the staff was nice and courteous

The whole visit (2 nights) we hardly got any sleep!! Woman above us was up all times of day and night dragging the chair, walking the floor with sounds like heels on. Manger has no control of guest! Called both days to report, when I asked for corporate number I was told they were a franchise and the only person I could talk to was MGR LIZZY who offer to me a rate $75 for another night stay, move room. WHICH WAS $7 off what I paid a night. Make it make sense please. We have stayed here many times and was very satisfied; but this stay was very uncomfortable and disappointing!! On top of the lack of rest due to the visitor above us. The prostitution and drug dealing that’s allowed is also a problem.

I supervisor of housekeeping is very kind and friendly the staff are very good with attending to your needs also the rooms are very clean

I want my money back I could even sleep

I had crackhead ppl come knock at my door in the night manager didn’t nothin about but was being mean when I ask him why do have ppl come kno out door so I had call family to come stay with me cause I was scared he try make seem like it was okay in was not cool

Easy check-in, lots of parking spaces, wifi worked well. Had a good night sleep

You must be aware that you're close to the highway which can be heard. But' it's not a major problem

Overall stay was ok

Location was ok, and it was closer to my job I like that.

Once I paid for my room I had to wait an extra 30 minutes because my room was not ready. They didn't offer me a discount because of the wait but was offered water or tea 🤔.

My stay was short but overall welcoming and comfy

Room was clean staff was very nice and helpful checking me in

There was a loud arguing 2am in the morning two doors down which woke me up. But with one call staff sent security within 5mins it was peaceful again.

Very clean and affordable, but the best part is their friendly staff. This is a well-run property.

My room was super-clean and well-stocked (towels, bathroom tissue, etc.) No bugs anywhere, no stains on anything. This location has a great housekeeping crew.

The noisy guy upstairs. Maybe he was a dance instructor? Elephant trainer? Not the hotel's fault, of course.

Worst Room Ever

I like How it easy it was to book Another positive was that no deposit was needed. Also, that they had smoking rooms as a option.

It was loud the entire time, Never got any rest. Security was as bad the guests. Loud arguments between staff and guest. In the room to my right. Police was called on Security for assulting a guest. Meanwhile, loud as party goin on next to me on the left. My pillow cases weren't changed, smelt of bad breath. Bath tub was gross.

It was good. The room was cleaned and comfortable and the staff were very nice.

Good location. The price was less than most hotels.

No refrigerator in the rooms with one bed. That was ridiculous. I know because I asked. All rooms should have refrigerators.
