Great location and amenities.

Bed & pillows were comfortable. Towels were soft.

Missed breakfast because we left early. Was promised coffee in lobby by 5am but none was out.

staff wonderful. hotel items ex. sofa mattress and towels updated and new.

easy check in. has convenient store. free breamfast free parking

stain on sofa bed mattress. mattress was very springy and uncomfortable asked for a comforter to put but could still feel the spring. arrived into room and window open and tv on a channel wasnt sapposed to be on. towels very rough like needed new towels could tell its been used abused and more. maybe new towels. hallway to room smelled dingee

Muy desilusionada con booking y con el hotel

A pesar de que en booking puse la hora de llega de 12 a 1 am (del día siguiente) no me respetaron la reservación, me la cancelaron. No nos dejaron entrar, aún cuando me la cobraron y en plena Navidad nos dejaron afuera cuando si tenían habitaciones disponibles porque nos ofrecieron otra con un tarifa mas alta. Ya puse la queja en booking para que me regresen mi dinero porque ni siquiera la ocupe y cual es el motivo entonces de que booking pregunte la hora de llegada si no le comunica al hotel este dato. Llevo años en booking y nunca había tenido este tipo de problemas hasta ahora y me ha dejado pensando si seguiré usando la aplicación.

Excellent for a stay where you need the extra space and facilities

Stayed at least 4 times in the past for Thanksgiving. Meets all our needs and the staff were all very friendly and effective

Other than the ac I liked my stay. The pool was warm in the evening.

I liked the location. A lot of different store were real close by.

I didn't ikea that you couldn't truly control the ac in the room. It took a while for the room to cool down and stay cool. The hallway also felt stuffy, humid and in certain areas smelled of smoke..like someone smoked in the room.

Had a suite so we could have people join us in the room while waiting for an event. Breakfast is included and the coffee was great (nice and strong like I like it) and available early. Staff are very nice. Parking is free.

Hotel and room are run down. When we checked in we were warned by the manager that the room has issues and he offered two kings instead, but I needed the suite for guests to gather. Room was worse than he described. He told us about holes in walls and shower tile coming away from the wall, but not that the TV didn't work and the wallpaper was peeling. The room we had also had a window right over the freeway, so it was noisy.

overall good stay if you bear the noise of traffic

great service all through our stay and very clean

the only problem was how noisy the traffic all around the property is it was really loud especially at night I changed rooms from the first to fourth floor thinking it would help the noice level but it didn’t that’s the only complaint

Overall great place

The room set up, how we have to walk through the lobby to get to the elevators made it seem more secure, our room was next to the elevator but there was a storage room between to block the elevator noise. Liked the breakfast but when we arrived at 9am there wasn't any more souffle. Got some 10 min later when we saw someone replenish it.

Toilet was very short and I thought I missed. Wish there was a handle bar to help. Utensils were dirty. Shower dispensers seemed empty and took too many pumps to get barely get any shampoo and body wash. The conditioner was fine.

A great stay...well worth it!

I loved the location, the nice room layout and kitchen area with table AND desk areas. The soap/shampoo dispenser in the shower was awesome. There were plenty of towels!!! The swivel base for TV viewing in all areas was appreciated!! Guess what?? The breakfast buffet was splendid!!! It was head and shoulders better than other hotels similar-caliber hotels I've been to. The icing on that cake was the pleasant, mindful staff member who worked in the dining area. She made sure everything was replenished, with GOOD quality items, and she was very pleasant!!! Though the housekeeping staff was off for Christmas (GOOD!!), a housekeeper came by, knocked on my door and asked if we needed anything since the rooms would not be serviced that day!!! THIS WAS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED (and unexpected)!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU 😊

No complaints here!! Just a mention--the electrical outlet on the left side of the bed did not work
