We were disappointed and honestly grossed out when we walked into our room to see that nobody had cleaned it from the st

The staff was extremely kind and very accommodating.

We had an early check in and we were told the room was ready. We went in and there was trash everywhere, the sheets weren’t changed, nor was the bed made. Same thing with the pullout couch… you could tell it had been recently slept in because it was pulled out and there were sheets bunched up on it. We went into the bathroom and there was more trash and unflushed pee in the toilet.

Was just there for two nights. Never came Ans cleaned room not enough towels. Restaurant was closed/bar area closed

Superb

The breakfast was really good. Our room was nice and clean. The staff from the check in to the cleaning team was very friendly and helpful. I will be using Courtyard again.

The parking lot wasn't exclusive to the hotel and didn't seem to be enough spaces for the hotel.

Conveniently located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. This newly renovated property allows you to enjoy downtown Keene and easily visit the many natural wonders of the Mt. Monadnock region.

The construction and how much the room cost when I didn't even get a text it was ready until 6 pm at night. I lid $420 for a hotel room from 6 pm-11 am the next day. That's crazy and robbery.

the continental breakfast was poor - a bunch of sugar cereals, high sugar yogurt and some pre-made egg sandwiches that were okay

better food selection for breakfast, cleaner bathroom, updated decor (especially carpet), and better sound-proofing

Wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend it.

Location

Food gone by 7am with no replenishment. Coffee gone also. No one paying attention from the staff. I have stayed in hotels around the world and NEVER have I had to make my own bed and request towels. Disgraceful. In the meantime the “staff” is sitting at the desk with their heads in their phones.
