Will not stay at this motel again. I would drive a hundred miles back home, before staying there!

The room was quiet. AC worked well. The beds were comfortable. That is all of the good things I can come up with. There are more bad things, than good things. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice!

First of all, there is NO such thing as The Old Mill Inn, It is the Best Western! Nowhere does anything say that the Old Mill Inn is now a Best Western! We drove around all over trying to find The Old Mill Inn, finally, we stopped at the Best Western to ask directions, only to find out that the two were the same motel! Management more than doubled the price of our room, just because of some big baseball game in town. There ought to be a law! The motel is VERY difficult to get to if you come from the West on Dodge. We were not the only ones who had this problem. The HOT breakfast was pre-frozen eggs warmed up, Biscuits that had been sitting and dried out, and gravy that was dumped out of a gallon can. The waffle maker would not make a whole waffle, half of it stuck. The juice machine was broken. The entire place is stuck in the 90s, and needs to be remodeled, especially for the price they charge! English is not the first language spoken at this motel, enough said! I had requested a handicapped room and was given a room on the second floor with two queen beds and a bathtub, not the ideal situation for a handicapped person with a walker. The room had coffee packets and coffee cups but no coffee maker, no telephone, and no alarm clock in the room! The TV only had a streaming service, so no local channels to watch the local news and weather! The motel was way overpriced for what a person received. I have stayed at a lot nicer places, for a lot less!!!!

Awesome will stay again

Everything staff was awesome they worked with us when we had to check out then back in for a second booking let us keep the same room. Breakfast was good room very clean and bed very comfortable

Horrible not worth the price.

It was available

Not clean. To fill the tub it takes 36 minutes. The front desk literally has bug spray and drano sitting there. Hope they don’t have bed bugs. Door does not lock. Room 231

Breakfast food was not good had bad flavour so we simply skipped it. The room mattress stained etc crumbs and what not under furniture in couches and when mentioned was told that's what sheets are for.. had to demand refund or room without soiled mattress... Also toilets flushed horrible not sure why the toilets were terrible but they were Bathroom toilet handle had buildup of ick on lower side was disgusting... Again when talking to front feet they were not positive on resolving grimy handles ... Ick

We did not stay at this location after seeing it and seeing that it was not as advertised.

We didn’t stay. Walked out 5 minutes after checking in and inspecting the room. Was not as advertised on site! Completely different business, pictures of facility weren’t accurate, human snot dried on walls with stains and cracks, toilet did not work properly, walked out before even inspecting the bed or sheets. Did not seem like a safe place to stay!

Would not book with them again.

Our reservation was cancelled when we showed up and they said the same room was available but it would be at a much higher price.

We arrived in the middle of the night, as planned, and our reservation was cancelled so we were stranded and could not stay anywhere over night.

Good, friendly staff. Aside from toilet and elevator issues, it was a good stay.

Staff was very nice and helpful; nice big room with comfortable bed, food variety for breakfast. It was quiet.

The facility's only elevator was non-functional the entire week. Since I use a cane, the stair were a bit of a challenge; staff was helpful in assisting, however. Plumbing in the building needs to be looked at. The first room we got had a plugged toilet on the second day; the staff was unable to remedy the problem, so we moved to another room. The day we left, the toilet in that room had the same issue. This was the major issue we encountered. Other than that, it was a satisfactory stay.

Everything, pool unavailable which was part of the reason we booked it, elevator was broken, had to carry stuff up 3 flights of stairs, had to ask twice for more towels, asked for a rollaway bed, and never received it, second night of staying, woke up to the ceiling, leaking all over our stuff, and on the carpet complained about it, and was told that we would get a phone call back about it and never received a phone call

Hidden Gem

The room exceeded my expectations. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, 4 star stay for a 2 star price. Very nice place. I would stay here again.

Front door needed to be fixed the automatic doors did not work and some minor repairs needed in the plumbing and the mini fridge did not work I mean I feel like I’m being nit picky here but those things were all I can say bad about the place.
