Adequate.

Breakfast was meager. Had to wait for room to be inspected to ensure refund. Now I have to wait 5-7 DAYS to get moneys back? Isn’t everything digital???

Not going there again

Smelled hanibus everywhere, people were rude and load in hallways in the morning at 400am waking us up. Breakfast was not monitored: hot water and coffee were empty, warm foods were cold, and there were some messes. I asked staff for more hot water and no help was given.

Was not very clean. Staff was not attentive. We were a bother. No elevator was a huge issue.

Pool was closed with no expected date to open it was dirty tile around edges dirty blanket on bed like you would see in motel not hotel stayed 3 nights didn't have room service in but requested towels there was 4 of us and all got was 3 when arrived 2 more that night and following day 3 tiny pool towels the rest of stay was told they had none had to go buy towels bar only open till 9pm kinda early seemed very run down no elevator thankfully didn't need that

This MOTEL needs to be taken OFF BOOKING.COM THE PLACE IS RUN DOWN AND DIRTY. We had to stay two of the 3 nights we booked. Multiple guests checked out to go to other hotels. HORRIBLE.

Close to the VA hospital.

The 50.00 security deposit, did not say anything about it on the web site. I stayed in a lot of hotels and never paid this at any other hotels before will not be going there again.

staff were really nice and friendly, we had free parking. rooms were spacious . very accessible to malls with the town

the toilet was a bit stained inside so probably adding a toilet brush would be nice . just incase u want to personally clean it . n doors a bit creeky.

when we first came into the hotel it looks pretty decent. However, on our way to the room we noticed the carpets in the

the location is great, it’s close to a grocery store, shops, restaurants and the mall

the property could use updating and also needs to rid of the cigarette smell in the hallways.

Convenient location close to I95.

The room was dirty, with food crumbs, dirt and small leftover items in all corners. The bathroom mirror was streaked with soap/toothpaste splashes. The entire wood floor was a sticky mess. Many surfaces looked as if they had not been wiped clean in months. The sheets and towels were the only clean things in the room. Room phone was not connected.

Disappointed with the inaccurate reviews giving this hotel 4 stars?

Initially the price, but after arriving I quickly realized I had made a mistake because the hotel looked and smelled old.

I chose this hotel because of the price and reviews, but I'm not sure how this hotel was rated 4 out 5 stars because it turned out not to be a good value in my opinion. The hotel looked and smelled old. The hallway carpet was dingy, the bed springs squeaked, and the free breakfast consisted of individual boxed cereal, milk, and coffee...it was pretty pathetic to be honest. I would rate this hotel as 2 stars, no higher, and personally will not be back; I'd be willing to pay a little more to stay at a Marriott, Doubletree, Holiday Inn or Hampton Inn, the only reason I didn't was because of the reviews I read and the photos which made the hotel look better than it really was. I attached a photo of their free breakfast.
