The hotel was clean and the front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast Wes good as well

The staff was friendly, the price was ok.
I was greeted by an ARMED security guard who kicked a 2x4 out from bracing the front door to allow me to enter. The place reeked of weed, and there was yelling and very loud music all night long. Not to mention that I could hear my neighbors having sex all night long.

No wifi, no fitness room, not a working pool. There was poop in the stair cases. The key cards would not work after 4 hours. Breakfast was late.

Nothing!! Not a thing about this hotel was nice or pleasant or CLEAN !!!
Everything !!! The staff was horrible and not friendly. DRUGS !!! THE WORST !!!! DO NOT STAY !!!!!! I People sitting IN THE LOBBY doing drugs !!! Found one guy laying in the floor !!!!!!! And that was all before we even got into the room !!!
So the room, good size but NASTY!!!! STRAIGHT UP NASTY !!!! We tried to get our money back but the lady at the desk refused to refund 🤬🤬 The window was broke open !!! The door wouldn't shut properly. The walls were burnt and nasty. The floor was sooo dirty and burnt all over. And the SMELLL!!! The whole hotel smells like an ashtray and weed !!
At night we watched homeless people walk around the parking lot and tried to open doors on vehicles. Then they were drugged up and sleeping in the hallways and lobby!!!!
All we heard were people fighting and kicking doors and walls. Dogs were everywhere !!!! People had there PETS at the breakfast!!!! I WAS SO SCARED THE WHOLE TIME !!!! AND THE MANAGER WAS SOOOO RUDE AND WOULD NOT DO ANYTJING OR EVEN REFUND !!! I had a small child with me so we left in the middle of the night and slept in the car 😓😓 but we were safe !!!

The lady serving breakfast was nice but even with it, she would shut it down by 9 or 9:30 am.
The cleaning staff seemed nice.
Pissed off about the pool & the weed smoke throughout the place.

Had a nice big room and the the nice jacuzzi tub. The bed was comfortable and the rooms where clean.
That it was a bunch of noise on the top of us when we where trying to sleep. So I had to get up and go downstairs. When I got back to the room it still went on like 30 minutes. This was for my birthday.

I would never recommend this hotel to anymore!!!!! The hotel room definitely does not match what’s on the website! The lighting is so dim, couches had stains on them, roaches crawling on hallway walls, walls had chipped paint and writing all over them, it smelled bad, and let’s not forgot the people that got rooms there besides me!!!!!! The ghetto!!!! All we ever smelled was weed, heard arguing all night, or people running down the hallway. And the breakfast is not worth standing in line for either. Spend the extra money and stay some place different!!!!!

nothing
everything so ghetto

Absolutely nothing. This place was terrible. Mold on ceilings and walls. Mattresses stained. Vending machines empty. Seating and kitchen area closed up. The pool had bigger teenagers jumping in the 4 foot pool
THE PICTURES ON THE SIGHT ARE DECEIVING. It is so run down. Didn’t like anything at all. Pot and cigarette smoke filled the entire hotel even the non smoking areas. It was filthy. People were using power tools and drilling in to the walls after 10pm. People constantly slamming doors and being loud all night long. Broken glass and tires appeared in the parking lot entrance area over night. There was a lot of brown stuff floating in the hot tub. Fridge door was broken. Mold everywhere. Mattresses were disgusting. The main door was not secure. Anytime someone walked by the room it sounded like they were coming in. Floors were not cleaned. The elevator floors were sinking in in most spots. We could not even stay the second night. We checked out before 8am.

We reserved this location too accommodate our needs as a family of 15. We had 3 separate rooms, totaling about $250 a piece . Once we arrived, there had been an unknown policy requesting a $75 deposit ( which was ok ) however I paid in full for the room in advance… never saw anything about an extra deposit.
There was no breakfast.. that was very inconvenient to my entire family. We did not have plans on leaving the hotel for breakfast.
There was so much commotion on each floor. Parties, drama,. It was just a huge a** no for me. 10/10 do not recommend.
A lot
