the milk and breakfast was expired and they only had French vanilla creamer. I hate French vanilla creamer . also I had 2 tv remotes and no idea how to use them

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location perfect . Breakfast fine. Great to have all day tea and coffee. Comfortable lounge area with cosy fire. Rooms comfortable with adequate storage. Lovely atmosphere reminiscent of small family run hotels of old. Transfers to and from airport efficient without waiting.

Perhaps ski storage at ground ,level.

The Pokolodi Lodge in Snowmass was in the heart of town but very quit for sleeping. It was a great location. We enjoyed the pool right ouside our door, the pool area was very nice. The staff were very friendly. Lots of parking very close. the main shopping and resturant area was right across the street, Also the bus.

Great overnight option with a short walk to the ski hill.

Friendly staff, excellent TV, nice lobby and pool. Air conditioning would increase summer comfort, though the provided box fan was helpful in the evenings. Great location.

Great location, right below Snowmass Mall, and easy access to Snowmass village. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. Free parking is provided close to the room.

The room was small for a family of 4, and not much light came into the room. If you are staying there in July/August, please note that the rooms don't offer A/C and it can get quite warm, even at night. Also worth noting, the facility does not offer an elevator and has several levels so you won't be able to avoid using the stairs.

Room House keeping/ Front Desk help/cleanliness and up keep of daily room supplies/ freindly staff and no attitude behaviour. Overall satisfied with the accomodation to the price and service. Will certainly a good location to stay at this location.

As rooms are not equpped with the A/C the outside temp went to 82+ F and was very difficult to sleep during the night. The exhaust fan provided was kept running and noisy all night long but bit of problem.
