Beautiful Visit

The owners and the staff were exceptionally friendly and very professional you could not ask for anyone better

Location was good

Where to start, we checked in a little after 8pm and the front door was locked so I had to talk to the agent behind a small hole in glass. He had an accent so I got frustrated every time he asked me a question I couldn't understand. No elevator that I saw on premises so you do have to climb stairs with all of your belongings. The outside of the hotel is nice it seems they have been fixing the outside signs and such. They should perhaps put a little work on the inside. Outdated, outdated, outdated. No upgraded technology whatsoever. We walked into the room and they had the ac turned off so 90 degree air slaps you in the face the moment you walk thru the door. It took until 6am the next day for the room to finally feel cool enough to actually sleep. The beds were also uncomfortable in my opinion. I think that some businesses think that just because it is a beach area they can charge outrageous amounts. Lesson learned, we booked 2 nights but left a whole day early. No one even asked if everything was OK, why we're we checking out early nothing. This place doesn't have any type of amenities, no pool, no breakfast NOTHING. I suppose if you just need a place to crash for a night this place is probably it.

i was apprehensive about staying here after reading some bad reviews but glad i gave it a chance.

the room was really clean as was the exterior of the building and the pool area. i liked that the pool was in an enclosed area making it more private. it was peaceful and quiet here which i really appreciated. good atmosphere for families.

not much to complain about. i booked a room with a balcony and the balcony ended up being a shared area for 4 rooms but it was not a problem for us as we were the only ones in this area whenever we went out. there was a beautiful pool view where we sat in this area and it was pleasant being able to sit outside.

Unsatisfied and disappointed customer.

The room size was good.

I didn't like the quality of towels and wash cloths provided. I did not like that the restroom next to the pool was out of service. I did not like the dryer and washing machine were very old and rusty (and I would not use because of uncertainty of filter change). I didn't like all the rules they had in place. I was on vacation and a friend of mine met me at the beach, then we came back to the room to freshen up and go to dinner and he would have left after that. However, I was hounded that no one could visit me and park on the premises. I told my guest to leave and the hotel staff told him to leave the property immediately. This was very rude and disrespectfully, he is a 65 year old man not some wild kid running around. When you go on vacation you do not expect to be told you cannot have someone come to visit you and leave (without spending the night and taking advantage of facility services). I will not stay here again or refer a friend.

There were hidden extra fees, that were not spoke of until check in. I called 5 time prior to check in to confirm that everything was set and payed for. When I checked I was noted that there were going to be additional charges. No way to dispute them either. I had no choice but to end up paying 250 more for the entire booking due to their extra fees. I had no other options than to just accept it cause I could not reserve anything else last minute. The entire hotel smelled awful, there was screaming between other guests at night. One guest even got arrested. Overall terrible experience and hope to get a 250 refund once all is said and done.

It was weird seeing only 2 other cars in the parking lot the whole time we stayed. The room itself was pretty decent for the price. Two queen beds, a tv, and a decent sized bathroom. Some bedding had stains but I had brought my own blankets.

After the rather negative check-in experience, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The room was a nice large one with a jacuzzi, which is a real treat for us. It was very clean and comfortable.

The owner’s wife got into a very heated and unprofessional interaction with some guests ahead of us at check-in. It prolonged our checking in and we had to do so from outside where it was cold, and very windy. The explanation for needing to check in from outside was Covid. I believe the need for such restrictions is well over and the check-in process would be much more welcoming from inside.

This place is like a boot camp ! The owner are cranky and rude as hell!!!

Extremely unhappy!! The owner didnt even want to give us additional coffee or sugar !!

Customer service is the absolute worse ...Owners are rude as hell we rented 3 hotel rooms and were told we cannot visit each other in the rooms !! Ive never heard of that and we cannot choose to leave up our do not disturb sign past 11 AM . I will not EVERRRR stay here again! Run away from making this reservation while youre ahead !!

We enjoyed the stay, the location was very good, and it was a great rate for the area.

Room was big. Water pressure was very good. There was a pool and een though we didn't use it, it was clean and inviting - just too cold out!

Lobby was closed due to covid concerns, so no breakfast. The towels were flimsy and scratchy. Still a good plae to stay.

Bare bones room. Bed, desk, tv, bathroom. Nothing more. A relatively clean, safe place to sleep for a low price in a good location. Owner was a good guy. Nothing special.

Outdated decor. wide gaps around door - not soundproof at all.
