Quiet and a good location. The girl who checked us in on Wednesday night was very nice and is a credit to your team. In fact, all the employees I came in contact with were pleasant.

1. Upon arrival at the room, the phone was missing the cord connecting the phone to the phone jack. 2. The TV remote was very limited in range because the wooden frame around the TV covered up the control. 3. The clock indicated the wrong time with no way to correct it. 4. On Thursday and Saturday, the room wasn’t cleaned. 5. On Saturday morning there was no hot water. 6. The price was ridiculous due to it being a football weekend.

Employees are horrible and the rooms. The rooms are super outdated as well!

Passable

The bed was soft and spacious. No bedbugs as expected. The size of the room was decent.

The shower was not clean, the water pressure was very low. Not enough toiletries for everyone. The reviews scared us as we were reading some of them saying there were bedbugs and overcharging fees. The location was decent, not the best

Could be a bit cleaner.

Lexi at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating -It was quiet and room we were transferred to was large and comfortable.

On the other hand, the manager was not as friendly.

Pleasantly surprised for the price. Free breakfast which we didn't expect and crystals at check-in:)

Very friendly, helpful staff. Nice room. Pet fee was reasonable. All.good!

Pool closed at 10 then open at 10. We had a late check-in and early departure so didn't get to swim.

I would stay again, but would hope improvements are made

Breakfast staff could definitely be improved…needed a ticket to eat, so was not given one at check in, had to go to front desk to get one before going to another area to eat…food was cold. If I pay for a room, I shouldn’t need a ticket! Unheard of and never had this occur elsewhere

Friendly staff

The area is really rough. Rowdy guests and large groups of people up and down the hallways constantly, opening and slamming doors until 3am. Really rough crowd, did not feel safe with my two small children.

Comfortable stay but not ready for full service . Need improvement. Keep working on it.

I didn’t have breakfast. But I wanted a late night snack but the shop was locked and they didn’t have a key so no access. And the only vending machine they had was ice cream. The toilet was not mounted properly so when I sat on it it moved and was not stable. The restaurant on the property was not open.

Wonderful staff and hotel!

The manager there was amazing, as was the morning staff. Very friendly, down to Earth people. Instead of having us wait, he upgraded our room to a king because our room wasn't completely ready! The new owners have remodeled this hotel beautifully! This will be our o to hotel when we go to Niles, Michigan from now on! It's a further drive from our family, but we'll worth it! It was a wonderful stay there!

There is nothing remotely bad to say about our entire stay.

Amazing.

The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I was in town for a funeral and they definitely made this last minute stay a pleasure. It was very clean throughout the facility and the Pool area was nice as well! I didn't get an opportunity to try breakfast due to preparing early for services. It was very quiet and the beds were comfy indeed! I am a night hot flasher and the cooling system was ON POINT!

I honestly can't say anything bad. It was a nice experience. If they offered a Cafe or Grille for late hours to get food it would be really great! Only recommendation is to do a little night reception for 2 hours in the evening and charge just a little more do a light bar, some wings, meatballs cheese tray and crackers and nuts finger foods because you have the room and the update is beautiful! Put Embassy out of business! Love this place!

Not much of my stay was great !!!! Trouble from the start

They charged me for three rooms, I booked a king room and a queen room adjoining, they m we ssed up my resevyand gave me two rooms with full beds!!! Beds were way too small for our family and very uncomfortable. The pool was disgusting!!! Very dirty, tons of hair floating on the surface and just gross things on water!!! The chlorine level was so high the water was murky!!! Because they overcharged me it messed up my bank account and caused me all kinds of problems. I ended up getting money back but nobody cares enough to call me back and talk to me . Never stay again
