A fairly ordinary hotel, ok for a nights stay

A good basic hotel - nothing fancy but ok for a night or two stay. Room was spacious enough and the hotel is well located and short drive to attractions.

There are a number of inconveniences, especially if staying multiple nights. There was no dresser or other space to put clothes essentially forcing you to live out of your suitcase. The toilet paper dispenser was far enough from the toilet that the kids couldn't reach it - bad design! The key card to the pool area was broken forcing you to get hotel staff to let you in every time you want to use the pool. The breakfast was at best merely ok and at worst, really bad. The last day we were there, virtually every breakfast item was out. When they finally replenished things, the pre-made egg omelets were ice cold inside. Considering everything they offer is heat and serve, this is unacceptable.

Breakfast looked unappetizing. The facility admitted that they were in the process of remodeling and so the place was shabby, pending renovation.

The bathroom had peeling wallpaper; the furniture was chipped.

Good location, clean room but worst breakfast, staff and Manager

I travel frequently, and it is one of the worst breakfast experiences for menu choices and staff experience. Small seating space, always tables dirty while the staff was busy making waffles, not letting self service.

The staff serving breakfast and the manager was not professional when we informed her to coach the staff as most people knew how to use the waffle maker, and the staff could focus on restocking and keeping the place clean. She didn't even thank for the feedback, rather walked away.

Absolutely horrible upon arrival was told there was deposit that was not listed on booking. Then the ac in my room made a horrible noise all night long

Price was reasonable for a last minute stay. As a family of 5 we appreciated the room that had 2 beds and a sleeper sofa.

Bathroom was clean but a bit outdated. But really this wasn't an issue.

This was one of the nicest hotels that I have stayed at!

The room was nice and quiet and breakfast was wonderful! I loved feeling safe in the hotel.

I tried to reserve the hotel again for the fall but sadly found the rate was twice as high and cannot afford to stay there because of the price.

Front desk lady is very friendly

The staff is very friendly and everything was very nice and clean and I appreciate fresh coffee 24 hours a day

Great place to stay.

The room was wonderful! It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast included was very good. The staff were very nice.

There was construction near the inn and the beeping of the trucks woke us up several times in the middle of the night.

Awesome!

Large King Suite very clean and comfortable. Bed very comfortable Good selections of food for breakfast Property very quiet Iris and Nate, the desk clerks were very friendly, professional and helpful. Will be staying here again in July. Hotel close to gas stations,restaurants,historic downtown and a few wineries/ breweries.

Rooms were slightly dated but I understand that renovations are underway

Clean, but overly expensive and old facilities.

We paid for two Queen beds and got twin beds. the mattresses were much smaller than the headboards. The windows were dirty between the panes. The furnishings and sink and paint were outdated, chipped, and old, which we didn’t expect for being nearly $250 a night. The pool closed at 9:00, which was disappointing since I’ve never been in a hotel where the pool closed at all.
