Nice hotel, clean and decent sized rooms.
For $300/night they shluld absolutely not rent the rooms with a GIANT (at least 5x5ft) fan outside the window that is running 24/7. Really really loud! So if you get a room on lower floora ending around 05 - run!

Close to everything we wanted to see. The double Queen room we stayed in also had two bathrooms, which was great for two adults and two tween/teens. Property is beautiful and well cared for.

The hotel, rooms, staff and friendly, clean and helpful. This is the 3rd time this year I've stayed at the Mayflower Park. I much prefer it over the other locations I used to stay at in Seattle.
The couple next to me on the 10th floor that decided to have "loud/screaming" sex in a hotel in the middle of the night. I'm sure I was not the only hotel guest on that portion of the 10th floor that was woken up!

Beautiful historical property less than 10 minutes walk from Pike’s Place Market and other attractions. The room service was fantastic. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and responsive. I look forward to going back with my family to visit and staying there.

Clean environment, friendly staff and access to restaurants right on property. it was close to everything I wanted to see.
The add for hotel listed soaking tubs in rooms. When I arrived I was informed only one special room had it.

Staff was super friendly at all times. I like the classy feel of the hotel and was amazed at how all the carpet could look impeccable! My room was comfortable and clean. The hotel-own restaurant and lounge are great. The location is amazing - not too busy but in walking distance to e.g. Pike Place. I'd stay again!
I could sometimes hear my neighbours (a family with a child) - I have a light sleep and so I was glad I had earplugs.

Fantastic location, just steps from Westlake station and a short walk from Pike Place. Lobby decor is grand and there are a few nice sitting areas to take advantage of. The adjoining bar has a welcoming and comfortable feel with a nice cocktail list. The room was incredibly spacious and the beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Only downside is there are only two elevators for the entire 12 floor hotel, and 1 was broken for the majority of the time we were there.

It's a lovely hotel, as a solo female traveller I felt very secure with the main doors and elevator requiring room keys beyond 11pm and prior to this a concierge on the door. The staff were wonderful and the bed was so comfy! Great large TV in the room which supported screen sharing so I could stream off my phone. The walls are pretty good, I could barely hear the people next door to me. I had an issue with the shower not running fully but still had enough water and pressure to shower, reported it to the staff who made a note, it's an old building and these things happen. The food and drinks downstairs in Olivers are great. Location wise it was easy for me to walk all around downtown and I walked there from pier 69 when I arrived on the ferry. I would advise not to be walking around that area alone at night having arrived at night myself, but I don't think the area was any different to other sections of downtown in this regard - if you're arriving alone, particularly as a woman, past sundown I suggest a taxi to the hotel.
The air conditioner / heater in the room is very loud - this wasn't an issue for me as I actually listen to audio books to help me sleep so it didn't disturb me but might be an issue for light sleepers.
