About this house rental
CIN: IT010047C2JHET6OBE, 010047-LT-0087
Casa di Nini is located among the olive trees on the first hill of Recco in the locality of Megli. The house is cool, quiet and peaceful, equipped with every comfort, an ideal place to relax, enjoy the colors of Liguria and visit the beauties of the surrounding places.
Casa di Nini is about 140 square meters and occupies a portion of a villa consisting of two apartments: Casa di Nini, which occupies the upper part of the building, the annex "il Nido", and Casa di Mar, which is located on the lower floor. . Both properties have private and independent access, a private, fenced and equipped garden, overlooking the Portofino promontory. The two apartments have a shared laundry area.
The published price refers to the Casa di Nini and the Il Nido annex. Together with Casa di Mar (property 10366561 which can accommodate up to 6 people) it is possible to accommodate up to 16/18 people: in this case ask for availability and quotation.
Casa di Nini develops in the second band of the garden and consists of a large living room with fireplace that overlooks a terrace overlooking the sea, the open kitchen, which can be separated by two sliding doors, two bathrooms, 1 with shower and 1 with bathtub and 3 bedrooms (one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms that can be converted into quadruples).
Located on the lower floor of the garden connected by an external staircase, there is the Il Nido annex, a double bedroom with private bathroom.
The large private and fenced garden on three levels of about 400 square meters, is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers; on the highest level of the garden, near the pizza oven and the BBQ, there is a large table which can be covered by an electric awning to shelter from the sun.
It can accommodate up to 10/12 people, although the optimal number of occupants is 8 adults as the extra beds are small (75 x 185) and therefore more suitable for children. The house is ideal for two families. There is 1 reserved parking space (not suitable for large cars) in front of the gate.
Attention: the road to get in front of the house is very narrow and steep. I recommend parking on the road above from where, along a 70-meter path with 85 low steps, you arrive in front of the gate.
The price includes sheets and towels (1 large, 1 medium and 1 small) without midweek changes. It is possible to bring your own linen.
Polite pets allowed with supplement.
According to the national legislation, the documents of all guests will be requested. Tourist tax to be paid locally € 1.50 per day per person over 15 years. Only during the heating period determined by the local authorities (approximately from November 1st to April 15th) will gas consumption have to be paid, which will be calculated on the basis of actual use (1.50 euros per sq m)

We spent a wonderful week at La Casa di Nini, a charming and spacious residence, very quiet and well located with a beautiful view over the bay of Recco. We appreciated the full equipment and the comfort (only one suggestion: air conditioning could be useful in the living room in case of very hot weather), as well as the pleasant environment of the gardens, terraces, low walls and stone stairs. Our children were comfortable everywhere.
The town of Recco is well served for excursions along the Ligurian coast, thanks to its railway station (frequent trains to Genoa, Sestri Levante, Cinque Terre and Santa Margherita Ligure with shuttle bus to Portofino).
Thank you Marina for your availability and your kindness.

He had some relaxing days in Recco in a very beautiful spot. Casa di Nini has everything that you need, even with small kids (including baby chair and bed). The area/garden around the house is fenced completely, so the kids could run around without any concern. We cooked a lot, also the kitchen is well equipped.
The way down to the sea (and especially up again) can improve the fitness. But we often used the car. In exchange you have a great view from the balkony over the bay of Recco, especially recommended on sun rise and sun set.
Thank you Marina for a very pleasent stay in lovely Casa di Nini

Traumhaft!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Recco. The house was lovely and the view spectacular. The beauty and fragrance of the vegetation is intoxicating.
Our only caveat would be to drivers of larger vehicles. We had a 9 passenger van that proved very challenging to negotiate the steep and narrow roads and driveways. It was necessary to access the house from the street above which entails a pathway of many steps. Down with luggage was doable, but going up would be very hard.
Otherwise, very pleased with our accommodations and the helpfulness of the owner! Very easy check in and the house is nicely appointed. Also, her suggestions for dining proved to be perfect We highly recommend

" Casa Di NIni " in Recco ( Ligurien).

Nette Nachbarn, ruhige Lage, super Ausblick. Immer ausreichend Parkplätze in der Nähe! Ganz unkomplizierte und freundliche Vermietung. Vielen Dank!

Beautiful stay
We stayed at Marina's house - all together 8 people, 6 in the large house and 2 in an extra room. The house is fully suited (with fully fitted kitchen) and convenient for such a large company with a table both inside the living room and outside at the barbecue. There is a long balcony where all the evenings can be spent watching the moon climbing up in the background of the local church and enjoying the beautyful view of the sea. Close to the church (right across the street) is a very good, reasonably-priced restaurant. Our couple stayed in the masterbedroom and it was filled with a sweet floral flavor from our balcony.
We all felt very happy and satisfied.
Only a couple who stayed in an extra room, complained about the humidity a bit.
I recommend Marine's house to anyone except those who are afraid of driving the wery narrow, steep and curved local roads (but that’s a reality one gets used to after a couple of days).

A great holiday in wonderful surroundings
The house - Casa di Nini - is spacious and very well equipped. The garden on three levels is planted with fruit trees, vines and flowers and most pleasant. From the balcony there are splendid views of Recco Bay and terraced properties in between. Having no car we found the bus service to Recco extremely useful. There are many steps to both of the bus stops which might be a problem for the elderly.
The owners, Marina Messina and her husband both speak excellent English and were
most helpful before and during our stay..

Tolles Ferienhaus in super Lage
Diverse ligurische "Must see's" innerhalb 40 min. Fahrt.
