My stay was good but STEPHANIE IS HORRIBLE.

The beds were comfy and all of the staff was nice and helpful EXCEPT FOR STEPHENIE.

I didn’t care for the carpet it was sticky I also would have preferred the sheets to smell like they have been washed. Every time I stay at this location the Front desk agent Stephanie is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. So it was 4:20 am when I was awoken to the police banging on my room door when I opened the police officer stated that the front desk has called for me to leave due to the constant noise disturbance but that was false I explained to the officer that I have not heard any noise disturbance since I arrived the officer stated that the Stephanie wants me to check out I told the officer I WAS NOT checking out because i have been sleeping since I arrived I am NOT the guest making the noise. Officer apologized and told me to have a good night. But I was not surprised EVERY single Time I stay there Stephanie always gives me a hard time.She must be holding some animosity against me since I work at that very same property almost ten years ago but I never had a problem with the girl so I don’t understand why she needs to create an issue at all.

Decent price, but a poor place to stay

Staff was polite. Not much else was good.

Outside access door were not locked all night. Fan in bathroom did not work. Walls and carpet seemed grungy. It needed a good paint job. Breakfast did NOT EXIST. I would pay extra somewhere else. Needs total makeover.

2 day staycation that could’ve used a few days added on.

We liked how our room was in a separate building in the back by the pool and the guest laundry room was easy to locate

What we didn’t really care for were the homeless people hanging out by the pool at night or sleeping underneath the stairs.

Raw deal from booking.com

Nothing had to ask for another room and saw a cockroach on the wall, and I also saw a big huge cracked by the AC window

See cockroach on the wall the bathrooms were not totally acceptable. It was a smell in the room as well.

Not pleasant at all

Room was dirty out datedstaff not friendly got a disability. Room had to get a bucket to sit on no hose on shower head bath room just old old carpet very small t v one socket to run charge t old like door light not working door latch broken ropm301 for 115 00 a night total rip off never stay there again

Die Lage war super.

Das gesamte Motel einschließlich der Zimmer hat so doll gestunken das es einem den Atem nahm .Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht von denen eines kaum betretbar war.

Lekkere bedden. Leuk restaurant vlakbij.

Slechte wifi. Werd een veel hoger bedrag afgeschreven van creditcard dan moest. Zou gecorrigeerd worden. Werd hetzelfde bedrag nog een keer geïncasseerd en het juiste bedrag. Ben benieuwd als ik thuis kom of het goed gaat en ik de € 320,- terug krijg. Er zou ontbijt zijn maar dat was er helaas niet.

Fast and easy check in, friendly people!

I like how easy it is to book online, and just check in when we get there. The lady at the front desk had us checked in within a few mins.

I didn't get to stay my last trip , BC I I thought I had snagged a good deal online for just the little money I had. Only to have forgotten that they require a $100 deposit before checking in. I didn't have it so I had to wait days for my refund from the booking site. I was so disappointed we had to sleep in our car. Otherwise the hotel is great we've stayed several times.

the beds were not comfortable, the air conditioning did not cool the room well. no elevator had to carry all upstairs.

I used my credit card to do the reservation and when I got to the hotel I told the lady I'm going to pay her in cash 💸 which I did and they also charge my credit card when I go back there to talk to them they asked me for the receipt which I didn't have cause I threw it away. I don't think I will never go to this hotel anymore.

it was close to everything. the location was great but not the cleanest hotel.

miss communication, when i first went to the room bathroom was dirty. I had to go get cleaning supplies because the house keeper were gone by 3pm

No breakfast at all, no coffee, juice or water was available. Poor service

Your front desk staff was very nasty n disrespectful to me n my family. It was sad how we were treated. Never again will me n family would book this place

Terrible experience smelled marijuana in the room.

needs to e cleaned and updated. The toilet in 509 was broken and the bed light did not work. The door on the room needs to be updated. The sign on the street is missing on the Eastside.

Had to sign a rules document with rules that concern you about the people who stay at the Travel Inn. 100 dollars for incidentals it seems more like insurance due to concerns about the clientele staying there. Will never use this property again and your company needs evaluate whether you should continue to promote this location!
