quite for one day than lots of party people out side Friday and Saturday night. Dog running loose

soft beds some what quiet.

water leak that wasnt quickly repaired, no trash pick up, was charged for a night I wasnt there,Booking .com was directed to refund it but so far I have not seen it on my account. The manager was nice and helpful on this matter but have not seen a refund come back. I set the dates on line through booking .com and they totally messed up the date and time, had to redue it all over again.

Not gonna go back...

The location. We stayed here last year too and knew some familiar faces, so we came in. The price was good too.

Oh boy... where do I start... First, we were given a room with a bathtub that didn't drain. When we informed the front desk, the girl at the counter asked us to come downstairs with all our luggage so she could give us a new room. Okay, we went downstairs all tired from our journey and she gave us the key to a room that was on the same floor we were coming from. It was strange and baffling. She could have just come upstairs to give us the keys instead of making us make such a long trip with all our luggage. We were really tired after such a long day of travel and we didn't appreciate it at all. It wasn't even that she couldn't leave the front desk because we saw her loitering the halls later. Very unprofessional. The new room that she gave us smelled of dried pee. We tried a lot to look for the source but couldn't. By then we were too tired to ask for a new room because it's very easy to get labeled as a difficult guest. Somehow we stayed the night and got disturbed by people yelling in the corridor. Lastly, we ALWAYS stay at Comfort Inns. This is the only comfort inn where they DO NOT provide you with a microwave. Only suites have them, we were told. I have stayed at very small comfort Inns too and they all had microwaves. This was just too strange. All in all, this comfort inn is permanently deleted from our list. We're never going back there if we ever pass by Toledo again.

Other guests staying on the same floor smelled up the entire place with marijuana. Bathroom floor was dirty.

The room was wonderful. Housekeeping was great.

The breakfast was not very good. Selection didn't seem fresh (fruit) and limited supply. The employees (a man and a woman were looking at my family like "hurry up and go". It was still during the breakfast hours. Not welcoming. I was charged twice for the stay of one of the nights, but the credit card company corrected the error on their part for that.

I was "upgraded"to a room that was not one that met my needs. The staff said the room I had paid for upon reserving had been booked to another person. So I had to leave and requested a refund. Ok

Great place to stay!

Easy to find, close the highway and places for quick food, very clean, the front desk person was very nice and helpful. I only stayed for a quick night pit stop during a road trip and it was perfect for everything I needed.

Breakfast was below par. We came down just one hour after breakfast had started and there were no utensils, no tea bags, and the eggs and sausage looked like they had been left reheating for days.

The staff when we checked in were not friendly.

very nice common area. decor was beautifully done. the breakfast was amazing and the lady that managed the breakfast was so sweet. I think her name was Nancy

Very happy with our stay

We had young children and our room was trashed and we asked them to please clean while we were at the zoo and they did and they did a really good job!

inconsiderate and rude.

The property makes the customer pay a $250 deposit for them to hold and they would only do cash so if you book a room and you don’t have $250 cash and it’s pass the time that you would be able to cancel the reservation then you lose your money and they don’t care. It’s extremely inconvenient for guest that is booking on a third party app because they don’t give you the option to know this if you booked on a third party. I would never book here again and I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. The staff is rude and they don’t have any understanding.

Everything but no microwave in room and sum of staff thought I was mean but all I was asking 4 was receipt for all days I stayed not a couple

No microwave but it probably was set up that way cause I was there plus no receipt when I checked out besides a couple of days and I was there 4 a month come on now its always something I wanted all my receipts

Short, and unfortunately not a hospitable as I was hoping.

The Comfort Inn was a quick stop on a work trip. The front desk got me the information I needed but did not seem all that excited that I was at their front desk giving business. The room was fine for sleeping. The breakfast was inadequate with very little options. I looked around for someone to ask if there were other options that seemed to be missing, but couldn't find anybody around.

The breakfast was inadequate. The staff could have been a bit more inviting.

Would stay again.

Great location, the king suite was huge (upgraded for $11 for the night well worth it)and clean, and the staff was courteous. The breakfast was fresh with eggs, sausage, cereal, and more. It was very well maintained. There's a Meijer close by as well as the typical chain restaurants around shopping centers. We would stay again.

The bed was very bouncy and worn.
