Breakfast was well organized, good food/drink choices. Tables & room were always clean.
Snack/drink vending machine was out of order for the entire stay.

The room was clean
The breakfast selection was terrible. No fruit. Waffles and pancakes from a package? No thank you. I was excited to see biscuits and gravy, as nothing else looked appealing. The biscuits we old and stale. I tried cereal, even the milk tasted bad.

Newly refurbished room. Hot breakfast included eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy and more. Comfortable bed.
Wall switch didn't turn on light so I had to enter in the dark. Lamps were not accessible from bed. Wall outlet was loose and fridge/TV/ microwave wouldn't stay plugged in. No outlet near wall mirror. Vanity was inside the bathroom.

. Our first room was on the third floor, way down on the end, and it was quite a walk. We had asked for a room on the bottom floor but couldn’t get one. The first rooms tv did not work, so I went back down to the office twice, first for batteries, then possibly another remote. The room had light bulbs burned out also. Finally ended up moving us to another room as they couldn’t get the tv to work. This time the room was on the main floor in the back. Room was so much better. Why we could not have had that room to begin with was beyond me….. it was a lot nicer.

very little staff prefer to talk to each then take care of the breakfast area
At 8am on Saturday morning the only thing for breakfast was cold sausage gravy and cold biscuits out eggs and sausage waffle maker was dirty so they just toke away. We were told that more instant eggs and sausage would be right out half an hour later none also the coffee was Luke warm . The same thing happen on Sunday fellow customers were also very unhappy

The breakfast was ok. There was no fresh fruit, the waffle maker had been removed, and there wasn’t any decaffeinated coffee.

It was a fairly clean place to sleep.
The breakfast was extremely disappointing, with cold food, few selections, missing utensils and broken appliances.
While relatively clean, there was damage to the walls, and what looked like a small amount of blood on the shampoo; we also had to ask for toilet paper as there was only a little left on the one roll when we arrived.
