Was able to do laundry. Slept pretty well, until 9 AM.

Some guy decided to play his boom box at full volume by the pool and fly his drone around 9 AM. The feel of the property was kind of seedy.

overall for the price it was good size room

price was fair for the area.

our toilet on the 3 rd floor wasn't flushing. would have changed rooms but was late when we realized it.

asked for extra pillows said they don’t give out extras. phone didn’t work to call to desk. skimpy towels in bathroom. facility was a little run down.

disappointing

was very close to our deportation site for our cruise.

Receptionist was very rude. I booked a king bed in a non-smoking room but was moved to a smoking 2 room. Was spoken to rudely when we showed up from out of town early.

Would Not Go Back

Overall wifi and room (once we were allowed in!) was fine.

The description is not true for this stay at all. There is no breakfast offered- only coffee for one hour in the morning. There also is a pool, but it is not accessible. It is chained off. Staff was overall pretty rude. I requested an earlier check-in online, property confirmed it, but when we arrived they refused to let us inside. We were forced to wait outside for 4 hours until they let us inside.

Not Handicapped Friendly

It was close to where I was going.

The lady at check in was rude to my family and wouldn't allow them in to use the restroom, the room was at the end of the parking area and opposite end of the ramp I use a scooter to get around, the room was too small to fit my scooter in except in front of the door, the beds are super tall and was a big struggle to get in. I call the next morning to ask for towels because I only had 1 hand towel in the room, the lady on the phone was again rude to me telling me to bring the dirty towels and she'd give me fresh ones even though I told her all I had was the one towel. I explained I am handicapped and ask could she bring the towels it took 1 1/2 hrs before I got them.
