Great location. Clean, spacious, comfortable, nice parking.
No continental breakfast. I think that should be included at the price of this hotel

I absolutely LOVED facing the MN River from the 9th floor, the view at sunset was SPECTACULAR!!!
The shower didn’t work :( The first day I scrambled and took a bath before heading to the conference. When I got back, the front desk staff told me I had to pull down on a little thing in the faucet (they were very kind). I went to my room, stuck my finger up the faucet - yep, there was a gizmo in there. The next morning I got up, went to take a shower, turned on the water, pulled down the little gizmo… nothing, no water came out of the shower, I had to ‘wash up’ in a hurry, 2nd day, no shower.

Olives Resturant.
Difficult go from garage back to front door to pick up person. Road work blocked off all access roads.
The check in gentleman was not friendly nor informative ~ elevator access using a door key is new to me and it would have helped to have been informed. Yes, I finally read the instructions in the elevator. Access to restaurants via back alley felt unsafe.

The location and room size
Ice machines out of order on 5 floors Bath room sink clogged slow drain had to brush teeth over the tub. Room air kept witching to air conditioning fan was loud.

We were in town for a Bantam hockey tournament. Our team had reserved a block of rooms. When I called the hotel directly to book they said they were booked up. I then went online to find the lowest rate available. I then talked with another parent that this had happened to and they had spoken with the sales director and got the lower rate. Because I went thru booking.com, I was not able to get the lower rate.

Waited in line for over 25 minutes to check in. Then we are told that the system is down and we cannot get a key to our room. A maintenance worker rode up the elevator with us and let us into our room. You had to find an available stqaff person if you needed to return to your room. My husband had to walk out in the rain after parking the car as the garage also needed a key. Very disappointing.

Pillows were great
I asked for a receipt from the front desk and was told it would be sent to me from bookings.com. Bookings.com said I should revive from facility. Even sent email. Still haven’t revived.

Absolutely loved the view from our room and the location was perfect!
The only complaint I would say is the elevator wait was terrible and the cost of the stay was a bit too high and no continental breakfast
