I like that the room was cleaned.
The room was extremely hot when we stepped in it. Changed the unit from heat to air and it just seemed like the room ac wasn’t getting cold like it should. The back of the remote was missing.

I try to find something positive about every situation and every experience in life but in the spirit of full transparency, there wasn’t a single thing I liked about my stay here.
The rooms were old, outdated, and filthy. Our room looked like they attempted to put lipstick on a pig. Things were very rusty, the linen was disgusting. We tried to ask for fresh linen but no one was ever at the front desk and our phones had not indicators to direct us to room service. We had roaches and spiders as well. Th elevators looked like a war zone and could have used a layer of lipstick (coat of paint). Breakfast was awful. Honestly, I should have been paid to eat there. This was just not up to my standard at all. It was my first time at a Baymont and unfortunately; it was also my last. My boys are traumatized after our stay.

My room was clean upon arrival however, the bed sheets have horrible stains/scorching on them. When I asked to have them changed, I was told all the sheets were like that. When I advised that my sink was clogged, it was never looked at. I just dealt with it for the remaining 2 nights. The property hosts a lot of contractor and construction teams so I never saw breakfast. I think it gets depleted rather early.
I didn't like that details were overlooked at this property. With some attention to the small details, a little cosmetic maintenance in the hallways, not having permanent stains on the sheets and a paint job in the hallways, this property rating could go from a "7" to a "10".

The lobby area was nice and breakfast selection was good.
The elevator smell like vomit, the room had a old smell, but clean and I found roaches in the bathroom.

Clean comfortable room, nice staff
I like extra pillows and heavier blanket, but that is a cost I don't expect all hotels to cover

I prefer a queen bed but they only have full beds at this hotel or king. Room size was good, and breakfast was okay.
The smell, even though we ask for a non-smoking room we could smell the smoke. Wish a toddler with breathing problems I disliked it but overall was good.

The facility smelled like heavy drug usage, smell stayed in all my clothes and was mentioned to me several times the smell of drugs in my clothes, you was hit with the smell upon entering the lobby door. I had two suits and other clothes that has to be dry cleaned to remove odor. Bed very uncomfortable, bathtub had bad rust spots and broken fixture in it with open drain without strainer very unsanitary and unable to use. Remind you we had two rooms and same statement apply. Wondering if your facility have a zero drug policy.
