Nice people. Good and clean for the price.

Nice employees. Has fridge and microwave. For a lower cost motel it didn’t have a bug issue. 👍

Being a budget minded property the guests can be “questionable”. They are up at all hours and on occasion too noisy. The staff tries hard to remedy these situations. They could maybe let the room attendants carry towels. My guess is people steal them.

Room had baby roaches everywhere. I paid for the booking online and then they charged my credit card at check-in so I was charged twice.

Manager needs to not to speak about any guest or their stay to anyone before she faces lawsuit

The stay until manager lady broke privacy policy

Manager was rude and was gossiping about me to people that weren't guest about my stay.very unprofessional and rude to even speak about my stay to anyone is violating my privacy act.

Cozy and quiet.

When I checked in they put me in a room in the back that was still being cleaned. The lady cleaning went to the office and got me a new room key and escorted me to an available room. Very nice staff. The room was very cozy for the cheap price I paid. I like that there is a restaurant attached, I didn’t eat there but if I was hungry I would have.

The facility itself needed updates.

The location was scary because it’s next to a dispensary and there were people roaming the premises who didn’t seem decent.

convent and single level. They worked with us to get in earlier than the 2:00 PM time.

I think the mattress has enough miles on it. A bit lumpy. Could us replacing.

I enjoyed spending time with my beautiful wife, who booked the room thinking it looks beautiful for a good price.

I, personally, like my hotel rooms without the blood on the walls. Upon arrival we used our own box of Clorox wipes to wipe up the blood on the walls and door. After wiping the blood up we were concerned that this room may not be up to covid-19 standards and as a precaution we used our clothes to cover the pillows to protect our faces as we slept and after we took a shower wearing flip flops, we laid down a towel for our feet because we were unsure of the hygiene of the bathroom floor. Upon checkout, they charged us $10 for putting a towel on the floor and did nothing as far as reimbursement or compensation for the blood that was present in the room. In addition to the blood, multiple ashtrays were found on top of the TV cabinet containing cut up food containers used as holders for cigarettes stubbed out in ashes. There were stains on the carpets, and holes in the blankets from previous occupants smoking and body fluids. We will never ever stay here again.

A clean, comfortable, convenient place to stay in Turlock

Location was perfect as it was across from the fairgrounds. Room was well-maintained. Staff was attentive. We will be back at the same time next year! (I should have stayed here long ago).

Nice place to stay. Room was clean.

Very noisy at night. Bring ear plugs. Shower had water saving nozzle that allowed less water to shower with. Been staying at this motel for 20 years Price has almost doubled in the last year.

Night security present, manager walked me to my room as it was after dark when I checked in.

Adjacent property was noisy with car engines and car alarms sounding during night, location was poor.
