Very good stay. Will use again when we return.

The breakfast was very good. Could use a little more variety for people staying more than a day or two. The staff was awesome. Very helpful and nice. The pool and hot tub were nice. Many things to see nearby

Will stay there again says it all😍

Friendly, helpful on where to eat after check-in. All requests were fulfilled on location of room, also clean and crisp bed!!! Will bring a swim suit next time. And yes we would stay again. Breakfast good also. Best waffle maker ever!!close to everything. Win win.

The breakfast was cold. Eggs were gross. The biscuits were hard as a rock. not warm. Gravy was gold. We went and ate breakfast at a restaurant

Lovely

We stayed here for our anniversary and got a lovely suit with a hot tub right in the room. It was very homey and all the utilities were just what we needed for a mini getaway! The room was clean and extra towels etc were available to our use.

Exceptional

As soon as we walked in the girl at the front desk was super friendly and efficient. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The pool hot tub and work out room were very clean as well. Jacuzzi was amazing. My husband and I went down to breakfast thinking they were only going to have surgery cereals and muffins etc... what was actually there was all that stuff plus eggs sausage potatoes and biscuits and gravy. Pleasantly surprised!! Also this was a weekday. Also we were right across from the vending/ice machine and we didn't hear anything from those two in the room. I thought this was a great value for the money and if we have to stay overnight in lacrosse again we will definitely be staying here!

I called on 10/16 to cancel the Friday night reservation on 10/21/22. I was still charged for that night. I spoke with the front desk on Sunday morning 11/23 and they said I would receive a credit. I still haven’t received the credit.

Convenient location with breakfast available from 6:00am-9:00am. Easy check in and out with late night eats available nearby.

The rooms were older with a 1980’s-90’s vibe. Interesting/distinct smell too. They have definitely made attempts to improve with the pool and hot tub. Fitness room only has a treadmill and a weight machine.

It is what you pay for, if you need a low-co place just to get a shower & some sleep fine that all.

The breakfast was ok, the staff was nice, and location was ok.

The room wasn't very big, the bathroom mirror was nasty and the lighting in the bathroom was pathetic. They put me in a connected room, I was there for several days, and it was like having the neighbors in the room with me.

It was just off the main road, easy to find.

They have me a handicapped equipped room. Great for a person with special needs but clumsy for a person not needing the accommodations. The railing by the toilet got in the way and all the grab bars everywhere in the tub/ shower were excessive. I didn't care for the hand held shower sprayer. Parking lot wasn't that full, I'm sure they had other regular rooms. A stain ring at water level in toilet bowl was present. Not a wall outlet to be found in the room. They were all behind the bed or the furniture.The outlets in the lamps, for charging electronics were underpowered. My phone was still not fully charged over night. Had to pu it into ONE bathroom outlet in the morning, to finish the charging. But, it was 10:30 at night and I was tired.

I would be willing to try another Quality Inn, but not this one again.

We liked the ease of check in.

My daughter and I had to go to UW-LAX for freshman registration. We rented an inexpensive room because we would just be sleeping and leaving right away. Room was not up to anyone's standards. Rip in the curtain. Stains all over one of the duvets. Stains on the light shades. Some weird 'construction' over the bathroom sink. I have pictures. Because of the state of the one bed, we actually had to share a bed. We were not impressed with this particular hotel, but it was too late to get another. We will not be returning.

We come to Wisconsin several times a year to fish this by far was the worst hotel we have stayed in.

The cable channels were good. More than usually found in a hotel.

The toilet and sink was to low. I actually hurt myself by misjudging the height of the toilet. My husband specifically asked for double bed room close to the pool. We both have a hard time walkinh. Our room was literally as far away from the pool as possible on thebother side of the hotel. We had to use the luggage cart to wheel my husband to the pool. The room wd were in sounded like it had air moving through a hollow.
