Best breakfast at any hotel we’ve stayed at. There was such a variety offered and it was good. We ate shortly after it started. The attendant was very nice to ask if we needed anything. My husband loved the omelets!
I’m very picky about my bed pillows. I prefer a pretty flat pillow and ours were puffy.
The bed was very comfortable.

The location and staff
The A/C struggled to keep the room comfortable and the room smelled like bleach.

location was great, as we were in town for a baseball tournament at the college.
Rooms were decent but definitely need some updates. As a Hilton member I’m disappointed in the property, breakfast was minimal at best, staff was friendly.

the breakfast was good and people restocking the whole time.
When we got there they gave away our room for the night even though I had stated when I booked the room we would be in between 5-6am on Saturday. The kid at the desk was dressed in black hoodie with ropes in the sleeves and was wearing a stocking cap. He was no help. We drove 13.5 hrs to no room. Then we had to sleep wait in parking lot until 10 am. I finally went in to see it it was available and the next guy was pleasant and told me check in was at 3pm. I told him no I have been waiting for a room since 5am. So he called housekeeping to get us a room. So clearly the night shift guy did not tell him we were waiting. We get to the room and the door didn't latch to the bathroom. No plate on it at all. The room was clearly not cleaner just laundry picked up and bed made. Toe nails on the floor, bathroom dirty, no extra towels. TV worked on and off. Had to call someone to fix heater wasn't working right. Was 80 degrees and going up. He was dressed like someone off the street. Heater had coffee spilled all over it. I had to call down to get towels and have room service change the sheets. The window was broken huge crack in window in room 310.

Easy to book. Was a last minute need due to family emergency.
.Was very up set room booked said bathtub but there was only a shower. Was very stressed and needed a soaking bath. Also had not had time to eat all day was pouring rain when got there. Didn't want to leave again. Ask about a vending machine. Desk girl said they had can drinks. $4.00 for a single can dr pepper. OUTRAGEOUS. There was some bananas on the welcome stand. Over ripe and bruised but I ate one anyway because I was tired, stressed and hungry. Then get in bed and mattress was saggy and noisy. NOT Hampton standards for sure.
Then today I find out my stay was not put on my Hilton Honers . Yet the desk girl said the Hilton Account # was on the computer. Whats up wirh that ? I checked and my 2 nights in Arlington Tx from January aren't credited as stays either.
I love Hampton, but they are getting Over Priced for the quality of stay.

The breakfast was good and we liked the fact they had sugar free syrup.
The common areas of the hotel were very warm. When we arrived to check in, the staff was off in the laundry room chatting with another employee. After waiting a while my husband had to go searching for them and they acted annoyed at being disturbed. We checked in around 11pm. When we finally got settled in our rooms and ready for bed we discovered the room had evidence of bedbugs. The blanket for the pullout bed was dirty and covered in hair and the pullout itself was nasty. We were super exhausted, had to be up very early and I was not willing to fight with the staff and ruin my sons graduation. Upon arriving home we bag up all our belonging and treat them to make sure our home was not affected. I also notified Hampton Inn's corporate office and they have yet to get back with me as they said they would.

It is handy to Tarleton State University. The breakfasts were good. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The property needs a good cleaning especially the room/bathroom. Our room was not cleaned after the first night. I had to request clean towels and etc. The baseboards and the shower doors/sealant around the doors are dirty.
