There wasn't any breakfast.
I would have liked housekeeping services at least once during my 3 night stay. The smell of pot the first night was horrible, it was like someone was smoking in my room. The water in the shower was luke warm. I showered elsewhere.

We didn't have breakfast. The location was perfect for us.
Room was rather small, but we were visiting friends and didn't spend much time in the room.

First of all the Staff was wonderful! The room was very spacious and I liked that we had a separate bedroom off the living area. The kitchenette was nice and well stalked with cooking and eating utensils. The air conditioner worked well and was quiet. The Fridge was of normal size and held a lot of food.
It is definitely a three-star Hotel, a little outdated and well worn. The Breakfast consisted of Prepackaged Muffins. The pool was not available the whole 9 days we were there. They did have a freezer when we first got there that offered frozen dinners ETC but that stopped working three days into our stay also they charged $10.00 for a Freakin TV Dinner. Very Nosey Hotel if you like peace and Quiet I would not stay here. Walls thin and Hallways thin There were a lot of displaced Family's staying there i think that might have been Section 8 family's

Location, split bedroom from front room with sofa bed.
Front desk would not provide linen pillows or blanket for sofa bed. Towel had to be exchanged at the front desk for clean ones. No extra towels were available.

That it was close to to Palm Creek
The lighting in the room was dark and dingy. The two beds were facing eachother rather than side by side. The t.v. was placed where it was difficult for both sides of the room to watch.

Breakfast was less than expected but, given the Covid-19 quandry, it was satisfactory.
The suites that we ended up in were poorly cooled. The bedroom only got secondary air from the living room andthus the bedroom was uncomfortably warm until very early in the morning.

I liked how quiet the place was and nice employees
I literally picked this place for the breakfast I assumed that’s the reason the price was a bit higher but there was no breakfast

I gave this place a decent rating due to the front desk staff being so helpful. The hotel itself is not great at all. The common areas and hallways are dirty and the entire place smells like musty feet. The first room we were assigned did not look like it had been cleaned- there were stains and hair on the top blanket and the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. As soon as we walked in the smell of wet dog smacked us in the face. We initially asked about getting a refund and were told they don’t do refunds once you check in- even though we were inly there for like 10 minutes. The front desk guy was very nice and offered to give us another room. The new room was much cleaner and we ended up staying. The experience wasn’t horrible but if you’re looking for a nicer place I definitely would not recommend this place.
Common areas were dirty and smelled bad.

When we asked for anything for the room front desk was friendly and quick to help. Walmart is right across the way. The room had fridge microwave and dishes and dishwasher.
No linen in the room for the pull out bed. Had to ask for it from front desk.

The room had a small kitchen. Otherwise, unfortunately, nothing.
I initially booked 3 days through Booking.com and slept for a fair $98 a night. I then had to extend for 5 days due to work and asked if I could get the same price again as they offered me a Lucid special rate on the first day. They agreed and I booked 5 days. The next morning I saw my credit statement and they first charged me $605 so $121 per night and then another $896. So I was at $300 per night in the meantime. After I went to the front desk they explained that it can happen that prices change in the meantime. I checked out directly and will never book here again! Pure rip-off and fraud! Please do not book here! For info I found a comparable hotel 2 streets away for 223$ for 4 nights. Never again this hotel!
