Our room wasn't ready so they went ahead and upgraded us to a top floor Suite no extra charge. They could not have been more accommodating. Everything was spotless the staff was exceptional! I will be back.

How it looked classy
I didn’t like that the hot water in the shower wouldn’t work and how the air in the room would barely blow even after messing with the thermostat. Sweated all night and couldn’t take a decent shower after. Room 700.

It's clean, spacious. Has nice restaurant and pool. Location is perfect. We got the executive suite for less than 150$ and it was definitely worth it.
I wish breakfast was included.

Location is great next to the college campus. It is outdated and smells musty.
Got a room that had a pet - room smell like urine - finally we were able to get it switched after complaining a lot. Had a 4 rooms and had to check in to 2 rooms after 4. Very frustrating. I would not advise anyone to stay here for a graduation or university event. ALso the elevators take at least 10 mins or longer if it is busy and if you are on the 7th floor it is a long walk up the steps

Slow service atbthe front desk only one attendent during busy sunday checkout

The hotel is clean and well equipped. To me, safety is a priority when I travel alone. The indoor courtyard and layout, in addition to providing a welcoming space, provides a higher level of security. The staff are friendly and accommodating. When I need a hotel in Springfield, this is my go to place!
I would like to see real creamer in the room along with tea options. The coffee shop has great coffee, but pricey.

Nice fire pits outside, although a little dirty. Friendly staff.
Strange, short, and cushion-like pillows. The curtains are super sheer, which means you have no choice but to wake up when the sun comes up, also a privacy issue.

we were very close to the ball field. It was very cool, so we drove to the field and their parking area.
We stayed in suite 201. The carpet was stretched out in three areas of this room. Also over the head of the bath tub the ceiling was peeled back from the head of the tub...not nice. When we went down for breakfast, we found out that there was a $15 dollar each charge for the food. AND THE FOOD WAS COLD, EGGS, SAUGAGE, BACON, ALL OF IT. I wound pay for that junk again. When checking out we complained about the cold food and was told by the counterperson she would mention this to the kitchen staff.

Gorgeous hotel with super quiet and well insulated rooms. Nice area and plenty of green areas to walk your dogs. Delicious coffee shop and super clean indoor pool that's open until 11! (we didn't go to the outside pool)
I wish breakfast was served M-F like all other hotels I've stayed in. We traveled 6000 miles over the last 3 weeks, staying at tons of 2-4 star hotels. This was the only one that didn't serve breakfast and the restaurant wasn't open. The only option inside the hotel was at the coffee shop (danishes, burritos, muffins...).

Nothing
I didn't like they didn't have hot water and they moved me from one one to another and it still didn't have hot water and I need my money back

The staff was amazing.
Other guests were extremely loud outside of our room. The bathroom door was very hard to open and close. Event parking tried to charge us for parking.

That it was in a location close to the mall and eating places and down the street where the wedding was.
I didn’t like that there were not USB plug ins and that the plug ins by the bed side only had room for one other plug in. The room looked like it was time to do some remodeling, all the taxes that were charged would be one reason I would look elsewhere (a $139.00 room cost me $210.00) that was a bit much $71.00 in taxes and no Continental breakfast was included. I didn’t like that a family member came up on Saturday for a wedding got there at 2:00 wedding started at 4:00 and was not able to check in there room early, for $210.00 one hour early check in should have been granted.

The breakfast used to be Free and is advertised and complimentary and now it cost 15 dollars a person didn’t see this while booking
Everything besides the break fast was wonderful and except have one bathroom completely flood I was moved rooms and realized that next evening the sink was clogged with matted hair and also the sink was linking getting water on floor. So I was moved a 3 time i feel I deserve some sort of refund or and extra night free of charge!

love the location and the facility was clean and well cared for
the temperature control in our room wasn’t working. it was so warm we couldn’t sleep comfortably. we contacted the front desk when we realized we couldn’t cool the room but I guess it was late enough they couldn’t do anything about it.
