AC was not working properly, outside temperature was high, provided with two fans immediately.

Nothing checked out after 30 mins of entering the room
Towels with hair, walls with hairs all over it, blood stains on the walls, skin cracks on the pillows, we left the building within 30 mins of inspecting the room. disgusting hotel, do not ever stay here. Drug users and weed smokers surrounding the building, customer service desk was rude and we to wait 30 mins at front desk for to show up, even then she was rude short mexican lady with black hair if you ever see her. Peoples hair on the lobby floor, it was a traumatic experience. we arrived at 11"30pm and we left straight after and booked another hotel. lost out money but it was disgusting to even look at the bathroom and room! please dont stay here, unless you do drugs or smoke weed and dont mind unhygienic hotels.

Close to freeway
They charge a $200 deposit that takes a week to refund, which is not mentioned when booking.
The parking lot is full of garbage and it looks like the cars are at risk of getting broken into.
The room smelled of either smoke or marijuana.
This facility does not feel safe for a female solo traveler. There’s a security guard sitting just inside the front door.
He was shield behind plexiglass.
The front desk employee was also shielded fully behind plexiglass.
Not a great indicator.

The photos online are very decieving. The lobby had a weird smell to it. The bathtub faucet sprayed everywhere. Bathtub didn't hold water and stained. The whole floor my family stayed on smell of pot

Location and price
No heat controls in the room! There was a phone, but no cords! Had to my cell phone to call the hotel about my room having no heat controls.
No introduction about amenities: breakfast service, ice machine access, ability/location to purchase snacks, waters, soda s

If you have the money, go somewhere else. My room was fine, except for the bathroom, which smelled like smoke and had a few issues like a leaking sink. I was expecting some level disarray, as it matched the price. If you are going to stay, take pictures and notes of everything. I did not use the TV at all (was there for a weekend where all my time was used outside the hotel) and they are trying to charge me for a broken TV. So be careful, and check that everything works.
The staff is not organized. I lost my keys with them, and it was nightmare getting them back. Eloisa was the only helpful staff member. The first time I called they did not had them and that they already checked. Had they told me there were there that instant, I could have had a friend pick them up. However they absolutely had the keys. Later Eloisa was very nice and found an envelope with the keys, the morning after I call them. She asked me to pick them up physically or she can disposed of them, no option for shipment. For two days I had to negotiate a way of getting my keys, by calling them multiple times. I had to stop after a certain time, as once Eloisa was gone, the people on staff were absolutely clueless. After a few days they were going to ship my keys in regular mail, however at that point I was able to have someone pick up the keys and send them to me.
Overall, bad experience. There are some positives, they are cheap and they do have a nice little area where you can buy stuff. Outside of the restroom smelling like an 80s bar with the smoke, the rooms were clean and organized.

Good price cleaner then any other hotels in the area

Price and proximity
I didn’t like that the receptionist took her “lunch” at 11pm and there was no one there to check us in so we had to sit around until she got back. I didn’t like that the air conditioner didn’t work when the high of the day was mid to high 90’s. I didn’t like that the first room I got had a very noisy air conditioning fan and when I went back down to reception to switch rooms I got attitude.

False advertising & Nasty rooms

Staff was very friendly. We were able to get in an hour early and she gave us a new room with a working air condition.
The little fitness area was all filthy and not working, it looks like run down a little bit. That was bad.

NA
I was told at check in," There's no A/C, and no refunds. What do you want to do?"
Mind you, it was 106 degrees both days we were there, and I was traveling with my 81 year old mother. Unacceptable that we weren't even offer a discount!

It was convenient to where we needed to go!
No air conditioning, light was out! Ice maker did not work on our floor, maid did not clean room last day we were there

The bed was comfortable
The front desk didn't bother to look up during check-in and said less than 10 words. The corridors had cobwebs. The bathroom was filthy. The sheets had crumbs. The room reeked of smoke.

the feeling like I am at home
there wasn’t anything I didn’t like

The price through Booking.com. Was the only glamour point of this one night stay
The lady that checked us in made it clear we were bothering her from whatever was more entertaining on her phone. The were no toothbrushes for guest and even if they would have had them it was an extra charge.
The smell of weed and cigarettes was ridiculously strong on a none smoking floor.
We had to take the stair most of the time because the elevator would not go beyond the 2nd floor.

I have stayed at the property 4-5 times over the years, mostly before the pandemic. I like it’s location and value.
it seemed like attention to detail had gone down. I’m undecided if it’s a sign of the times or management needing a more astute eye. When I arrived there were no hangers in my room nor a container in the coffee pot to hold the coffee. Also, it was quite cold and there is not a heater in the room nor additional blankets.
I do want to note I was provided all these items when I asked about them and the staff was wonderful.
I don’t know if hotel guests are taking these things or if the staff just didn’t notice.

The night desk "lady" that has" worked" the entire time I've stayed here has been rude by not doing picking up in house calls so I had to use to use my cell phone to get a wake call. I need wake up calls for medical appointments. ect.
All the other staff I wish I could I could remember names
