The restaurant

We booked two rooms and when we got there they only had one. With only one bed. We had seven people and the sleeping plans were awful. Water park… the hattub didn’t work.

Pool needed some love. It is in need of cleaning and a few repairs. Extremely cold water.

We like to stay here as near to our family yet a place to go to not be on top of them .

Superb

Check in was very easy. Room was spacious and clean. Very good breakfast with ample seating.

Bathroom shower and faucet needed cleaned of the hardwater stains. Toilet moved when you sat on it

I'd stay there again.

They were helpful and loved on our dog. Every time we walked past the desk they would have a cookie ready for her.

Breakfast was great but the hot items like eggs and meat could use an upgrade. The was plenty of fresh fruits, breads and hot drinks.

lack of trash pick up is just gross

Squeaky bed and lack of daily trash pick up are two big negatives. It’s my third time here and probably last. I’ll pick a place with housekeeping.

Would like to speak with management

The breakfast was great.

My room wasn’t ready when I checked in but she sent me up there anyway, TV was working, and someone (employee) was banging on my door at 8:55pm while I was trying to relax. I didn’t sleep at all that night ☹️

The beds uncomfortable. Housekeeping was alful..Floors in room had large round stains !!Hall way dirty with paper n dog food stay 5 night never vacuumed..I had to vacuum my own room and get my own towels!

clean, friendly staff

stayed 4 days, never once did housekeeping attend to our room, never removed garbage, left clean towels or replaced used toiletries. no matter how many days you stay, your room should be attended to every day

Everything was great

Rebooked this room through Hampton Inn direct at $25. a night less than Bookings for 5-23-22. Always had high regard for Bookings. As a loyal customer I felt I should have gotten the same if not a better price for my stay 5-18-22.
