this is sadness

Did not like it: the woman at the reception said that her task was to give out the keys. The rest does not interest her. how many times they came for help - so much she talked to her husband on the phone and froze The staff at the hotel is sad:((((I also liked the answer - at the reception I have wi-fi. And in the rooms - your problems

Would like a room with a lift chair. My wife is disabled, it's hard for her to sleep in a bed

I will most likely stay elsewhere not time.

We ate breakfast there the first day but the second morning we went elsewhere. Wasn't very good at all. I would much rather had fruit or muffins.

I did NOT like that the pool water was murky green. It looked to me like it needed to be shocked and when I ask the girl about it all she could do was smile and say I don't speak english. And I had to clean the bugs out myself. They didn't clean the pool up. Was supposed to open at 10am but I had to go to the office to ask why it wasn't open at 12pm. Oh she forgot.

Superb

My king suite was great. All amenities were in order. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff was friendly. Common areas were stopped down and cleaned regularly.

The coffee maker was a bit dated I would have preferred a small keurig.

I had to leave upon arrival and find another room at a different facility

It looked appealing from outside

The room was so run down and had a pungent smell.

I like the location.

I did not like how the clerk charged our with the 3rd party vendor our credit card versus verifying with us. We were going to use a new card we had in our possession. It cause our other account to be overdrawn. We resolved it but the fact that she didn't verify with us first.

I liked that the facilities were at the back of the room instead of the front. It made it easier to bring luggage into the room.

I would not stay here again, but it was ok.

The beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. The front desk was very nice and welcoming.

the bathtub was gross. the walls were very thin. You could hear people talking outside, inside of the room.

Clean and reasonable price

The people that were there were loud and partied most the night outside. Parking was insane. Could not park in front of our room because so many people that were partying.
