Besides the carpets being stained. I also was charged 3 times on my card and also the prices that I received on booking

Convenient location

Carpets in bedroom were severely stained and had hard water.

Great location and staff makes it rock.

Exceptional staff who were eager to make my stay great. They all worked together like family, had respect for one another & me.

The hotel is not aging well. Wallpaper is starting to buckle & quite humid inside.

Wouldn’t stay again.

Their breakfast.

The rooms smelled like mold. They put me in three different rooms and they all smelled. The lady at the front argued and said the second room didn’t smell and that the first one did. I think she was use to the smell and couldn’t smell it anymore. Another guest said she had connecting rooms and one smelled and one didn’t. The last one we decided to stay in and I asked for a spray to neutralize the smell and hopefully fall asleep. There was a crack at the top of the ceiling that had already been patched before. That hotel has problems and they are well aware of it despite some of the staff acting like they had no idea.

The first roo.m we were assigned the bed broke when we sat on it and there was trash under the bed. The hotel representative was very nice and switched our room right away. And the second room The bed was very uncomfortable Room had a very bad musky smell

Our stay was not as we have come to expect from Hamptons; it was very disappointing and not worth the price.

It is falling apart- stains, damaged furniture, holes in walls, scratched up areas including elevator, lack of complimentary toiletries (even after asking), missing furniture.

A huge disappointment.

I paid $40 extra to stay in a "nice" hotel with a swimming pool only to find out the pool was closed for "maintenance" which apparently consisted of cleaning the dirty pool. Our young granddaughter was crestfallen that she wasn't able to swim after a long day of travel. The pool was the main reason we chose your hotel after looking at the picture of the pool prominently displayed online. There was no hot food left for breakfast at 9 a.m. It didn't appear there was very much to choose from in the first place.

I booked the room for my grandson and his wife for their wedding gift. They said the room was good and bed was comfy. Man at front desk at check in was very nice. This is posting backwards here . Won't let me switch or rewrite.

I got the room for my grandson and his wife for their wedding night. I paid for the room told them they would be there late. As this was a evening wedding. Long story short. I ended up having to go to the hotel and get angry. They kept saying no reservations. 10 miles to the hotel and back. I finally got their room.
