It was alright. The only good thing it had going for it was the comfy bed and pillows.

Breakfast is really only for early risers. Lasts from 6:30 am - 9 am. It’d be nice if it lasted until check out time at 11 am.

Our room did not have a tv remote and there was no way to leave the start up menu from the tv alone. Also our balcony door wouldn’t open and we called and asked to either switch rooms or have someone to come fix it. The front receptionist said someone would be by to fix it but nobody ever showed up. And if you booked with a third party we were told that we couldn’t switch rooms nor receive any discounts for the lack of service.

All around good experience

Breakfast was good. One day I just had to grab something and run. Another day I was able to sit down and enjoy a full hot breakfast. Staff at breakfast area very nice and friendly. In accessible room, which had nice open bathroom. All around good experience.

At the cost per night and name, I expected the hotel itself to be a little nicer. The room could have been larger and the hallways nicer.

Pool out of order, lamp fixtures falling off the wall, no ac in lobby and breakfast area, outside doors not secured, poor lighting in the room, elevator sounds like it going to fall, stairs are fraying and outside maintenance of grounds and sidewalk is poor condition

Just fair, if other motels would take animals I would try them next time

WiFi, bed was clean and comfortable, liked the change to keurig pods for coffee, nice touch. coffee in lobby in morning was good Glad you put LVPT down in rooms since you accept animals

Bathroom sink was dirty, main floor was extremely dirty,walked on floor in white socks and they were black on the bottom. Forgot my slippers so my feet were dirty and had to wash prior to bed. Free breakfast was just free, not very good. Thinking I Should have went across the street, worse this time than last year this time I stayed at this hotel,sister was here too and said same thing, bathroom grout is dirty, light grout can be seen around edge and from the tile up on the wall, with light color grout Pillows are small and flat no matter how much you try to fluff up, should be changed or offer more that one type per bed or closet. In closing the shower curtain let water run thru onto floor even closed. I used towel and bath mat to soak it up Of course Everyone is different

The Locks on the doors were broke. Didn’t feel safe. pool was not opened to swim. Booked a room months ago for Handicap and when I Arrived they had given my room away.

Superb

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast selection was good however, the potatoes were cold and rubbery.

Approaching the first floor door, I noticed on the bush to the right there were a pair of underwear becoming one with the bush. It looked like they have been there so long, the underwear was was deteriorating. The keyboard access getting into any of the doors wasn't operating and the door was duct taped so you could get in. This allowed anyone access into the main hallways.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good variety. Quiet.

The pillows were lumpy. The mattress was bouncy. There was a strong smell of mold or mildew from the outdoor pool area.

late check in, we’ll lit parking, friendly staff, breakfast included.

It’s more of a roadside motel than a hotel. Killed a roach on the floor upon the entry into the room. Clogged toilet. Dead phone in the room. Bathroom fan sounds like a Diesel engine. Dirty floor in the bathroom. Beds and linens are not very comfortable. We had a well aged room, functional but a bit rough. Nothing fancy but it will do for 1 night if you’re not very picky. Staff was friendly. Breakfast ok.

Could have been better but it worked for what we needed.

Location was convenient for us. Bed was comfortable. Easy access in and out of the building even through it was a different layout.

Breakfast was not that great. Picture on their website showed bacon...there was no bacon. There was also no muffins, very basic breakfast that we only ate there one day and went out the rest. The lights outside were very bright which was nice but the curtains in the room did not wrap around the corner and it was like daylight shining in the room all night. Also, disappointed for what we paid that no one came to take out our trash or get us new wash cloths (we went and got more).

Easy to get to, plenty of parking spaces, right next door to Cracker Barrel for dinner

Beds not very comfortable, had a back ach in morning, the remote control for TV didn't work on volume control. Trash cans at vending area over flowing.

It has gone down hill severely in the last 3 years. Dirty exterior, over-flowing trash cans in halls, noisy halls and noisy neighbors, rooms smelled unclean, trash under trash bags in waste cans, AC inefficient and loud, cleaning service only provided after 3 days of stay and then only upon request.
