Good price and close to the venue we were heading to.

Cheap rates for a one night lay over. The room was nice. Our front desk hostess Michelle was amazing when we had an issue with the room.

The one queen bed was dirty. Housekeeping did not change anything in that bed. The front desk hostess Michelle tried to get a hold of housekeeping they would not answer. Michelle came to our room and changed out the bedding.

Horrible, disgusting

Extremely dirty, the sheets had ciggrette burn marks and bugs all over. The bathroom tub was not accessible due to maintainence (but they gave us this room anyway), the scene outside was also border line dangerous. There dirty bed sheets outside in the hallway, there was a terrible odor.

nothing except for quick check in

dirty room when checking in like it was already used; couldn't at first find my reservation; didn't really acknowledge that I was a guest; said they were changing to an independent brand meaning no longer is a Choice

Room was dirty mold in the bathroom roaches in microwave ND all over the room.. the staff were rude ND kept just opening our door for no reason.. Noone wanted to help.. asked for towels for a whole day never received any so my son ND I grabbed some towels off a cart and they called the police on us said we were stealing ND had us kicked off the property

Location was fine

The place was filthy. Looked like the hood!! Room was disgusting. Mold in the bathroom. We have never seen such a terrible place. At the end of our hallway the section connected was condemned. Outside looked terrible. It looked like a half way house for criminals. I can't believe you would let your name attached to such a place.

There was no stay because I would not subject my daughter to the filth.

We did not even stay. My daughter and I were there for less than seven minutes. It was absolutely filthy. There was a tooth flossing tool on the bed, cigarette butts on the floor and bugs on the walls. I am waiting on a refund.

The smell, the cleanliness, the whole entire experience was terrible.

You get what you pay for.

The room itself was rather clean and comfortable.

The bathroom could have used a good spray down and wipe with bleach. There was black mold in almost every crack of that bathroom.
