Stay Here Every Time Your in Minneapolis

Everything the Breakfast was amazing the room was perfect and the discounts for bar next door on point!! The Staff was so helpful and accommodating!!!

Würden wir auf alle Fälle wieder buchen.

Sehr sauber. Relativ ruhig. Gut gelegen, wenn man ein Auto hat. Personal am Desktop sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten das Zimmer neben der Eismaschine, dies war teilweise laut, anscheinend ist Eis sehr wichtig 😉. Haarföhn muss ersetzt werden hat Funken gesprüht!

Clean facility at a good price

Room was nice and clean, and bathroom appeared modern and visually appealing. Easy access from the highway. Breakfast was good.

Mini fridge in room was loud/startling every time it would kick on… kept me from falling asleep at first.

Very good

The checkin with Mr. David Smith. He greeted me as soon as I walked in, and checking in was fast and efficient. There was an issue with the first room assigned, and he corrected the issue right away. Mr Smith is an amazing employee.

The hotel is older, not what I expected from what was shown online.

Comforts of home

Our receptionist was phenomenal. He was friendly and funny. Took care of us very quickly and made us laugh. Breakfast was always fresh and ready to go. My sister has back and foot issues, so making sure she was able to get into and out of the room and bathroom and no stairs was a must. They took care of all of that for us. Beds were clean and comfortable. We were all very comfortable

Really the only thing I didn't like... Was the coffee. Price was a little higher than I was expecting but with baseball games and basketball games going on. It was foreseeable.

The place was clean and had a spacious lobby and eating area. The beds were comfortable, bathroom clean. Staff is amazingly helpful and nice.

The site felt isolated and not particularly easy to get to from other parts of the city. There is an elevator, but it’s only at the back of the property. For someone who has mobility issues and who made the mistake of bringing luggage in when checking in, this turned out to be pretty inconvenient. The first thing we saw upon opening the door to our room was a dirty washcloth on the floor. The bathroom toilet needed repair as it constantly ran water to refill the tank regardless of handle-jiggling on our part. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Excellent and will choose this hotel in the future

We were cheerfully greeted by the front desk officer when we arrived. He upgraded us to a King Suite room and glad that they are a non-smoking facility. The hotel has daily complimentary drinks - we got wine and beer and thanks for the free cheese. Though, the breakfast is same everyday but you can mix match your food so it is fine. This was a good decision I made in choosing the hotel in Minneapolis. Overall, the hotel is newly constructed, very clean, safe and all the staff are very nice. Thanks, Ramada for the very good experience in your hotel.

Inconsistent customer service

The hotel is comfortable and the breakfast was OK.

The front desk clerk who checked me in, was very friendly and had very nice manners. However, the one that was working there on Sunday, was extremely rude and made my stay very unpleasant. I would never stay in that hotel again.
