Ok, but wont pay that much to stay here again on a frequent trip I make

Rooms are nice and roomy. Carpets newer and fresh looking, clean.

Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. At least mine in my room was. Also, TV's outdated, small - not appropriate for nice sized rooms.

Thank God for inside (extra) door locks.

Check in process was quick and some of the start were friendly.

Housekeepers tried to enter my room (over & over again) without knocking or stating who they were. Made me very uncomfortable.

room was not ready when we arrived ..very hard to get the key/card to work took up to 18 times ,sometimes but never worked on first or second or third try..frustrating and manager said he would take care of me ..what a LAUGH..thougt maybe I would get a discount ??? no way spa was not operating and their English was poor very hard to understand so I asked almost every time to repeat ..there was a best western across the street with a denny s next to it ..was celebrating my wife's birthday ..the day we arrived so they pretty much ruined it ..

This hotel far exceeded our expectations and is excellent value for money, thank you.

lovely welcome from reception, rooms modern and clean, the pool was actually open as advertised which has been unusual so far, great breakfast included in room rate and plenty of it. This hotel is excellent value for money and we would definitely recommend.

I would definitely book another stay here in the future

Breakfast was delicious the waffle maker was awesome!

There were other guests in the breakfast area, they were a little loud.

I would never stay there again

Our room was dirty, the carpet was dirty, The towels were skimpy, generally felt uncomfortable even after disinfecting everything with our own disinfectant wipes.

Adequate, but nothing to write home about.

Fair - not much choice and the fake butter spread had deflated… the banana was good, but I zipped through Burger King next door because I was so disillusioned by the ‘Daybreak’ breakfast.

Wrinkles in the carpet represent a tripping hazard. Two lights in the room were missing bulbs and fellow at the desk only had 1 bulb, but couldn’t give it to me - he would have to come and put it in. Not being comfortable with having a person I didn’t know in my room after dark I told him to forget it and moved a bulb from another lamp to the one I needed.

Adequate for an overnight stay.

Just off the main drag but not as close to Miami as expected. Had a few restaurants right across the street, so handy.

While our room was good, the outside of the building was falling apart! A section of the roof over the hallway fell down while we were there. Poor construction I'd say. Typical continental breakfast which was not impressive by any stretch of the imagination.
