Convenient location to our event.

Lack of parking spaces and only leaving 1 hand towel.

Never again.

Room was clean

Service was terrible and we got cheated breakfast! It took over 20 minutes to get our room keys when we arrived, and they didn’t work so we had to go back to the rest and wait another 30 minutes for them. Hotel promises breakfast, but had the lobby entirely closed all morning and no breakfast was provided. I went at multiple times from 7:30-10

Good value for a quick stay near airport

Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Bed was comfy.

Motel is old and worn. Clear that housekeeping staff is doing their best, but you can’t clean some things.

Stay Away from this place!

Property added junk fees on top of final rate from booking.com upon arrival & credit card presented to front desk. Also was double charged on credit card two different amounts. Im going to stop payment on the double charge. Booking.com is useless to help!

Not ADA compliant

Breakfast was good - able to park outside the door.

Was supposed to be an ADA room - had a roll in shower but no hand rails by toilet! If I hadn’t had my own with me on the trip I wouldn’t have been able to get up off toilet. There was no remote for the TV, the bolt on door was broken.

Very noisy and uncomfortable

It’s not the worst Ramada in which I’ve stayed. The girl who checked us in was friendly as was the young man who checked me out. It’s in walking distance of several places to eat. That’s the best I can say about this place.

The beds and pillows were absolutely awful and that’s my number one priority in any hotel. We pay for sleep and didn’t get any. It was very noisy outside facing a 24/7 Waffle House with police presence multiple times in one night, which I know Ramada can’t control but they could maybe provide earplugs. It was also a RIDICULOUS $225 for one night.

The ubication is the best because all is there a very near!! there are a very restaurants very close, and the place we went is was 10 minuts, (Ysleta Amphiteather)

The room was dirty with a broken bed. We had to unlock a hall door just to get to the room.

We really enjoyed breakfast, A+ for the cook. Coffee was perfect.

My spouse and I enjoy our stay with Ramada, clean and very quiet. Clean sheets and flooring even though check in clerk had no room reservation on file. Sweet clerk helped get us a room upon late check in. Booking was not reserved.

the staff was friendly and the location was close to a lot of restaurants.

unfortunately the hotels outside display isn’t very updated but the inside was decently modern. I noticed my rooms shower head would leak but nothing to complain about .

The housekeeping has an attitude that is so ugly . Didn't let us Into the building with my 3 freezing kids when it was snowing hard outside
