Location was good, I was glad I could turn on the heat; it was a quiet location.
The bag breakfast could have been better; we opted to not eat it and went to a restaurant.
I didn’t like trying to take a shower and finding the shampoo and bathing soap were empty containers, both in the bathroom and the sink areas.
There were no extra blankets in the room.

The breakfast was alright, wish there was muffins instead of hard boiled eggs and the yogurt was very good and coffee was pretty good as well

We chose this hotel because, on a busy summer weekend in Bend, there is little choice in our price range. It was okay for a night.
The staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful on the phone and in person. Some tile work had been done in the sink and shower areas to update the room. The room was clean. It had a quiet fridge and a microwave. The hotel had a pop machine and ice machine. We didn't hear any street noise.
FYI, breakfast included coffee, package juice "drinks" (not juice), boiled eggs, sweet yogurt, cakelike muffins, sweet breakfast bars (like granola bars), cold cereal, bananas. (We expected this and took our own breakfast items.)
I wanted to take a bath so I could avoid getting my hair wet, but the shower diverter didn't work. There was no stopper in the sink so it had an "unclean look." The mattress was "bouncy." Any time my restless partner turned over, I could feel it. The A/C units are very noisy. We tried adjusting ours from 62 deg (where it was set when we arrived) to 76 or 78 deg, but it reverted to the lower setting which is too cold for us. We turned ours off but could hear our neighbor's unit. The price we paid seemed high for this type of motel, but everything in Bend is very expensive in the middle of summer.

Good clean bed, good place to stay for one night!

The room had an unpleasant odor as soon as we walked in. It may have been coming from the door mat.

nothing
advertised as pet friendly when they are not. I had to book another hotel last minute and lost a lot of money.

not as pictured. the room was similar to the picture but unfortunately don’t show scents or the actual presence of the property.
The gentleman running the front desk was delightful and insightful. He deserves a raise and a month long paid vacation. I believe his name was Kevin, but I’m not completely sure. I give myself 3/10 for not remembering his name. Thank you for being kind, Kevin.

Great location and awesome price! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy or extraordinary. Just a great value and very hospitable staff.

The breakfast was so bad! There was almost nothing and there was no place to sit down. It was basically 2 kinds of cereal and milk next to it. Absolutely no opinions or anything.
The room it self was ok. Expected for the price. But there was a lot of homeless people around and they were trying to get into our car!
Definitely not coming back to this place.

The lady at check in was friendly.
Shotty remodel, remodel noise from below until 7 at night, small tv, tv channel selection sub par, tub faucet didnt work, cold floors, no hot tub or pool, no clock.

The room they put us in was amazing. I'll be requesting thay room room now on. The bed was amazing. The room was super clean.
I didn't like the fact that I asked the office lady for a down stairs room and she said she didn't have any. Then the next morning it appeared that all of the down stairs rooms were empty.

It is clean and newly remodeled. I’m talking…super squeaky clean! it smelled clean. it’s well built and maintained. there was no noise from other rooms. They even have great cable/tv channels.

They are in the middle of a remodel to the rooms and mine was completed. It was quite roomy and the bathroom/vanity was extra nice. For the most part it was quiet but the bed was to firm for my liking.
They no longer offer a continental breakfast but have a "grab & go" which is the very bare minimum. We had to wait for coffee to be brewed on both morning. The location is near homeless camping so be extra aware in the evening and don't leave anything in your vehicle.

I didn't like that the bath tub didn't work just the shower. ;(

For a motel, it was great. We could park right in front of our room. The room was large and spacious. (We had a ADA Room) Beds were comfortable. Close to groceries and dining. Close to the Bend Summer Festival.
They had a grab and go breakfast which was ok.

Horrible breakfast.
Rude haughty staff.
Actively hostile to my kid.
Dirty and old property.
Will not be returning.

It was grab n’ go but I liked that they also had cereal and hot cocoa available.
It definitely could’ve been cleaner.
9.0 / 10.0
The breakfast was a little lacking but it was nutritious and all you really needed. The coffee in the room was the best! I loved the pillows and the bed was very comfortable.
The bathroom could have been a little bit more upgraded. It was clean so that was great. My only other concern was outside done if the tiles were missing so that was a tripping hazard.
