We flew from Bellingham Washington to Houston Texas to gather the rest of our belongings and vehicle. When we arrived in Houston, I discovered I lost my wallet back in Bellingham airport. I contacted them and luckily it was found and we received it. we drove from Houston to Phoenix than Phoenix to rocklin. Phoenix to rocklin is a 12 1/2 hour drive. on our way to rocklin, i booked a room at comfort inn using my apple wallet which was attached to my debit card. We arrived at comfort inn at 12 A.M and was turned away because we didn’t have the physical credit card. we explained our situation and they still wouldn’t let us check in and still charged us for the night. we went across the street to best western and they were able to help us out based on our situation. We will always stay with best western from now on, they have a heart and actually care for their guest rather than the money. the response I get from comfort inn is its my responsibility to make sure I have the debit card that was stolen with me for check in.

first you charge my card you guys told my husband my card couldn't be used because I wasn't present, so you had to use his cards card and then you go ahead and charge my card as well unacceptable well sent a prior email no one contacted Me

The most friendly,and amazing staff I have ever met. The room was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. Probably the best I have ever stayed at .

The staff was nice and helpful

It was extremely noisy. There was so much noise coming from the room above me and the heater in my room made a terrible sound the whole time it was on. It made for a terrible nights sleep. The room I was in was located right near a door to a stairwell and also the closet for the housekeepers. All night the door kept slamming and very early the house keepers were very loudly getting things out of the closet and talk to each other and laughing. It was over all a very uncomfortable stay.

hotel was very clean and the location was great. It is close to everything. Shopping, movie theater and places to eat close by. The breakfast is good and hot food. staff is friendly.

bed was too hard for me but probably fine for other people. Bedding is nice.
